Bed and shower are probably the best things in the whole apartment, walked into stains on the carpet, black hair in the shower ( someone else's) stains on the bedding covers, are you serious? Gross.. the car park, you don't even get a designated spot to park your car, it's just if you're lucky. Cockroaches in the lower ground level crawling around. Never again. Paid so much money for these apartments not even worth it

DO NOT PARK YOUR CAR HERE!! They lie!!! Had our dirt bike removed from our vehicle, stolen from their ‘secure carpark’. Mantra refused responsibility. Absolutely awful. Hotel were terrible to deal with and refused to assist. They guarantee safety

Great experience with, booking , staff phoned to confirm booking requests, had a restful stay after a busy day out,comfortable lounge room and bedroom. Use of swimming pool refreshing. Helpful staff throughout stay, very welcoming. Need to keep bathroom door closed as don't want to set off the fire alarm when showering.

Rooms were spacious and apartment style, will all the features you'd expect. Staff were friendly. rooms could do with a refresh, especially paint and lighting to bring into this era. The light in the main bedroom was lit, but dimmed, I suspect it's been faulty for some time, a 2 min job from the maintenance team would have fixed that. Main Driveway & Car Park Driveway were tight to navigate, be careful when entering / exiting, scaring on the wall suggests a few customers have fallen victim to this mister meaner,

I left a shirt hanging in my room and when i called the next day, they said that there were no notes to say i had left anything but they would get back to me. They did not get back to me, so i called again, to be told that nothing was left in the room. When i advised that i had definitely left a white shirt hanging up in the room and that i would like the matter to be escalated, he said he would have someone call me back on Monday, which was yesterday. Very poor after sales service.

We take all lost property matters seriously and maintain thorough documentation. However, if you believe there has been any misconduct or if you suspect the item was stolen, we encourage you to file a police report. Rest assured, we will fully cooperate with any police investigation to assist in resolving this situation.
