What a find ! This is a truly fantastic hotel in Canberra, which is home from home due to its professional and friendly staff and warm atmosphere. Everything was just so perfect including the hotel's location, interior and food. A big shout out to Matt, the hotel General Manager, who we were fortunate enough to meet and chat with. He is incredibly passionate about the hospitality industry, which is reflected throughout the hotel and by the sound of things Peppers will get even better in the near future. A must stay and highly recommended.

We had a wonderful stay at Peppers Gallery hotel in Canberra. It was in the perfect location for our first visit to the city and was close to all the attractions we wanted to see. Our room was spotlessly clean as were all areas of the hotel. Our meals in the restaurant were excellent. Good produce and well presented. Staff were very pleasant and happy to engage. We would definitely use this hotel again when we return to Canberra Highly recommend

We had a great time at Peppers Canberra. Jin on reception was very helpful when we checked, making sure that our needs were accommodated. The hotel itself is very clean with very friendly staff. Sami in the restaurant was great. Car parking is in a very secure carpark which was great. Really couldn’t fault this hotel and will certainly use this as our base when we return to Canberra.

The highlight of the Peppers Gallery is the staff.James,Jin and the assistant manager were welcoming and nothing was too much trouble. Sammy who worked the bar was outstanding. A1 service. Dining Manager Surav lead by example clearing and serving in the dining room. Breakfast needs to be improved as it is $33pp. We dined on three evenings and the meals were tasty and well presented. Our room was comfortable and quiet. It is adequately equipped.
