The location is perfect the staff are wonderful BUT the room was disgraceful very dirty needs to be renovated very very poor I'm a gold accor member and it makes me even more upset to stay in something that poor I can't believe there hiring rooms out in that condition

I stayed in Apartment 122, from 15/4 ‘til 28/4/24 and it was my 4th stay. It's a great location and the apartment’s accessible (disability) bathroom, shower commode, person lifting hoist and adjustable bed is a real bonus. It's costly but convenient given it's so well set up for my disability. This stay (and the previous stay), we noticed that the servicing on disability equipment was overdue. The commode chair wasn’t working properly & I felt very unsafe. The staff were willing to listen, Maintenance attempted to get the commode operational, but the problem persisted . A technician familiar with the equipment was required, and servicing should have been arranged on all the equipment urgently, given the potential for an accident. In an email following my 2020 stay, I stressed the importance of maintaining regular serving of all disability equipment. With the rain, the ceiling began to leak, and we started noticing the smell of dampness in the bedroom that I was sleeping in. When we turned the air conditioner on (heat) to dry the carpet, the smell a very strong mouldy smell. I informed the desk, and told them again the day I checked out. I said that it was urgent to address the problem given how toxic and dangerous mould is to health. I was disappointed at the state of the Apartment, it lacked its usual ‘wow factor’. The kitchen had received a facelift, but pans were old and scratched. The carpets were new, rapidly getting damaged by the water leak. The flooding in the bathroom, which I reported in 2020 was immensely improved. However, the upholstered furniture looked tired and the linings underneath the chairs and the large bed were hanging down.

We had a lovely stay. Rooftop spa and BBQ was awesome. It didn;t matter to us that the pool was under maintenance.

Definitely not a 4 star rating from us. Sub-standard service & experience for such a lovely location. Active renovations were not an issue for us at all as we were out & about a lot ... thankfully. Absolutely beautiful location but not going to stay here again.

check in was great lovely views and great location but very old bathrooms and beds were terrible we left 1 night earlier to get back to our own beds was a shame!
