Booked 2 x 1 bedroom units at the Mantra Ettalong, the Mantra Customer service went out of their way to accommodate our group comfortably, the rooms were a great size and had everything that we needed, the carpets were a little worn but I would still definitely stay there again. The pool facilities were fantastic and hotel location excellent, also a lot of great restaurants in the area

The interior of the room was a little tired. Sinks in toilet and bathroom had worn rings in outlets of sinks. I found getting in and out of soa was difficult. Other resorts I have stayed at had a built in step to the spa bath.

Good stay, clean, but annoying doors

Can’t really fault anything, quite clean and well located. Free onsite parking. The cards were tricky to use with the doors which was a bit annoying. Also, our room had two doors as the main door was shared with another room. We can’t hear our friends knocking and having two doors we needed to swipe our card twice. Pool was lovely, picturesque.

Dreadful experience- size of 2 bedroom unit is completely inadequate- living area far too small for 4 people and bathroom vanity area tiny with no plug in bathroom. Dining table so small we had to put salad and drinks on the floor. No table on main balcony as too small. Table on balcony off main bedroom not practical. Staff not friendly- did not acknowledge guests as they walked past. Will not risk it again. Have stayed many times in a 1 bedroom which was bigger and nicer than the 2 bedroom.

Greeted by lovely staff, easy parking and across from a very family friendly beach area. Rooms was very clean, tidy and modern with everything we needed. Staff were very helpful, pool area was stunning day and night. The location is fantastic with lots of shops, lagoon area and beautiful beach walks.
