To call the day before a booking and demand we upgrade due to your own oversight was super unprofessional. Generally when a business stuffs up and inconveniences their customer they'll be forthcoming in making sure their needs are met, but we received absolutely nothing. To go with this, the room had a heap of mould. The pictures, the bathroom ceiling the lamps and part of the balcony, had very obviously established mould that has just been ignored. The only lift was also broken for half a day, and no general communication email was sent out. I know it's only a 3 story building, but it made getting to and from the car a major hassle with a pram, there was literally no alternative for elderly and people with a disability, so you'd think a general email to all current guests explaining the issue and a general ETA would be a given.. All up, I am super disappointed in a bunch of things that are pinned to a poorly run establishment rather then bad luck, so I'll be both avoiding mantras for a bit and letting others know about the this particularly poor one.

I want to assure you that we acted quickly, with a technician arriving on-site the same day to resolve the issue. We understand how challenging this was, particularly for guests with prams or mobility issues, and we regret any hassle it caused. I also appreciate your comments regarding cleanliness. We take these matters seriously and will be addressing them with our housekeeping team immediately. Your feedback is invaluable in helping us improve our services. Excellent. Reception friendly & helpful. Apt was clean tidy, plenty of room. Balcony overlooked pool looking out over lagoon -. beautiful setting Had a nightly visit from a couple of wallaby’s Walkable to beach front & bars restaurants, and to small shopping area.

We stayed at Mantra Aqueous with our teenage daughters. Having 2 separate apartments in the one space was AMAZING! The girls were able to have their own bathroom and kitchenette. We could get up on a morning and not disturb them. The location was fantastic as it was super close to the main street of PD. Having a pool at our backdoor was incredible! The staff were really friendly and very accommodating. Everything was clean and we were very happy for our week long stay.
