我和儿子入住的是506房间，酒店位置不错，但是我预订的是一个大床和一个是沙发床。沙发床拉开后床垫上有一大片血渍，而且没有配备床单和被子。

Nevertheless, the condition you described is completely unacceptable, and I sincerely apologise for the distress it caused.
