一、床虱(bed bug)事件:全程甩锅,毫无担当 1.入住期间在房间发现床虱,当场拍死后第一时间联系前台。 2.值班经理到场后,第一句话不是道歉,而是直接甩锅,质问我是不是把行李箱放到了床上,甚至暗示是我把虫子带进来的,态度极其恶劣。 3. 我提出换房,对方先是以“悉尼有大型活动,房间全满”为由拒绝;我通过携程沟通后,酒店承诺会联系我提供补偿,但我整个入住期间都没人跟进。 二、礼宾服务:形同虚设,效率低下 礼宾部只有一个人,全程只顾着和其他客人聊天,我们的行李等了很久才被送上来,作雅高旗下的高档品牌,完全没有体现出高级服务公寓应有的专业和效率。 三、早餐体验:品种稀少、味道差、等待时间长 早餐是点餐制,但可选品种极少,味道也很一般,而且需要等极久。餐厅门口挤满了等待安排座位的客人,整个餐厅只有三个人在忙,明显人手不足,服务混乱不堪。 三、早餐体验:品种稀少、味道差、等待时间长 早餐是点餐制,但可选品种极少,味道也很一般,而且需要等极久。餐厅门口挤满了等待安排座位的客人,整个餐厅只有三个人在忙,明显人手不足,服务混乱不堪。 四、卫生情况:脏乱破旧 说是24年装修的酒店,实际上很破旧;地毯很脏,吹风机上油乎乎的还一层灰。 四、整体服务:未培训、无底线 从礼宾到前台,再到处理问题的经理,全员服务态度都像是没有经过任何培训,冷漠、傲慢、缺乏基本的职业素养。 除了位置比较方便,酒店从硬件到服务都是我近几年住过最差的。

Dear Rui, Thank you for taking the time to share your feedback regarding your recent stay. We are sorry to learn that your experience did not meet expectations. Please be assured that any concern of this nature is treated with the utmost seriousness. Following your report, a thorough inspection of the room was conducted by our Housekeeping and Engineering teams, including a detailed examination of the mattress and surrounding areas. No evidence was found at the time of inspection. As a precaution, all bedding and linen were replaced and the room was comprehensively cleaned. In line with our strict protocol, we also arranged for an independent professional pest control contractor to complete a further inspection. The formal assessment confirmed that no concerns were detected. We regret if any interaction with our team did not meet the standard of service we strive to provide. Your comments have been shared with the relevant departments for review and follow-up, as we remain committed to improving the overall guest experience. Thank you again for your feedback. 入住的房间有味道,向酒店提出后重新打扫也还是有味道,要求换房间也没有满足要求。房间空调有异响,当场看过后说第二天才能来修,要求11点后来修理,早上8点就来敲门了。

We are sorry to hear that your stay felt only average and that the room odor and air conditioning issues impacted your comfort. We understand how disappointing this must have been, especially when the odor persisted despite our efforts to address it. Regarding your request to change rooms, we sincerely apologise that this was not possible at the time due to the hotel being at 100% occupancy. We appreciate your understanding that this limited our ability to offer an alternative accommodation on that occasion. We are also very sorry for the inconvenience caused by the air conditioning noise and for the technician attending earlier than the agreed time. This was not in line with our service standards, and we have shared your comments with the team to improve communication and follow-up. Thank you again for your valuable feedback. We truly appreciate you bringing these matters to our attention and hope we may have the opportunity to welcome you back for a more comfortable and enjoyable stay in the future.
