客服服务和卫生实在堪忧，位置好，前台服务好， 但是没有礼宾部吗？ 我们拿着6件行李 带孩子 到门口 风大到把行李吹走了 大堂里面看到我们的工作人员都冷眼旁观 走门走到门那里都还是没有一个人帮忙
