Great Location for Circular Quay and the Opera House. Very nice 2 bedroom apartments. Modern and clean with everything you need for a welcoming stay. Nespresso machine and coffee pods provided. Good facilities such as pool and spa. Not inexpensive, however, you are also paying for the location.

This hotel is situated perfectly for exploring the city and surrounding areas, you are in the centre for ferries trains light rail and buses all on the doorstep of the hotel entrance at Circular Quay entrance My only negative is don’t bother paying extra for a deluxe suite we found it not worth it

Visited Hyde Hacienda for my sister-in-law's hen's party (Hyde the Bride Hens 3-hour Package) and the view was really great! Unfortunately the same cannot be said about the service that we received - for what was meant to be a joyous celebration. We had booked this in a month in advance, yet it felt as though the staff were surprised that we showed up. Service was slow, haphazard and staff came across as rude at times. Their website promises a special sash to start with followed by drinks (bottomless for the last 2 hours), canapes, and mocktails for non-drinkers. When we arrived, the sash hadn't been brought over and only water was served in the first 20 minutes of our 3-hour booking. The maid of honour had to go to the staff to ask for the sash, which I thought was quite poor form from the bar. Had they placed the sash on the table, all would have been fine. As our party had non-drinkers, myself included, we had called ahead to let the bar know that we would like mocktails to be served throughout our booking. They said it was fine, until I went up to a waitstaff (named Elaine) to ask for a top up of our mocktail jug. She told me that it was only one jug and that we couldn't get any more. I let her know I was under the impression it was bottomless but she cut me off and said no, only one jug. I asked for an alternative for our non-drinkers, perhaps some soft drinks if a mocktail couldn't be made but again was rejected, this time with attitude. Elaine said "this is not a pub, we don't do jugs of soft drinks, this is a LUXURIOUS COCKTAIL BAR. I can do one or two glasses, but not a jug, so how many do you want?" Shocked, I went back to our table to quickly bring up the hens package t&cs on my phone, just to check that I wasn't making it up. I then went back to Elaine and showed her that the website promises "For non-drinkers, all drinks will be replaced with a selection of delicious Mocktails" and she responded with "I'm not sure about this one". I looked to a different staff member to get confirmation and this time, Abby was way more helpful. She knew of what the package included and what our party needed. Thanks Abby. It seems ridiculous that I paid $120 (it's the same amount for drinkers and non-drinkers) for a couple of canapes, 3 glasses of mocktails and poor service. I would have felt much better about spending that amount if the service had matched up to the "luxurious" vibes Elaine was educating me on.

We have just returned from our three night stay at the Pullman Quay Grand hotel and had a marvellous time. We had arranged beforehand with the concierge to be collected from the airport by a driver and not only was he waiting for us he gave a commentary about Sydney's history on the way in and was extremely helpful and informative. When we arrived at hotel we were greeted by a very friendly and helpful member of staff who assisted us with our enquiries. Our hotel room was perfect, lovely and clean, king-size bed was extremely comfortable and I liked the personal touch with the TV screen. We had breakfast each morning and again the staff were lovely, helpful, polite and just seemed happy to be there which again made us feel comfortable. Food was good, was served in good time and of course the view was great too. Concierge staff again very helpful and go out their way to help you. Hotel is so close to the opera house and plenty of shops restaurants around. We look forward to returning.

前台告訴我房間有牙刷,結果到了深夜找不到,想打電話結果房間電話是壞的,最後實在太夜了不想去前台拿牙刷,另一方面問前台拿多兩瓶水都不願意給我,這體現實在不如四星,酒店房間是不錯的但體驗不是太好
