A really nice hotel in central sydney. Bed was great everything was nice and clean. A special mention must go to recptionist Ankar, who helped us out with an Uber ride. These people are so rare in our society today. Sebel you need to look after these special people.

Uncomfortable pillows

The room is comfortable enough and the staff are nice. My main complaint is about the pillows. They are so thick that we all woke up with stiff necks. Not sure how any people can sleep on 6 inch thick pillows lol. I asked for alternative style pillows and they were unable to accommodate us.

On check in i was told I had booked the top room, that only meant I was floor 9 and not a lower floor as the room I had was identical to the last one I stayed in. That aside I couldn’t then be provided with an upgraded room but I still needed to pay for the 2 bottles of water provided. C’mon, I think you do better than that

Did the job it needed to do. Clean & comfortable city hotel. Good location. Only complaint was while breakfast at the nearby cafe was ok was not worth the extra money on the accomodation cost. And definitely not “ala carte”. It needs to be stated that no food at hotel when booking

Lovely staff who were friendly and helpful. Clean room with comfy bed and pillows. Hot shower with great water pressure. Kettle, minibar and pod coffee machine supplied. Was very happy for gold status recognition with welcome drink, water and a lovely surprise gift in room, thank you so much! Great location close to cbd, shops and train station. Will happily stay again.
