主要的问题就是浴室有点漏水,淋浴头不是很好,水很小,洗的不舒服,水漏出来了

We are pleased to hear that you found the hotel’s location convenient during your visit. However, I am sorry to learn that several aspects of your stay did not meet your expectations. Please accept my sincere apologies regarding the issues you experienced in the bathroom, particularly the shower pressure and the water leakage. We understand how important a comfortable and well-functioning bathroom is to our guests, and I regret that this affected your experience. Your comments have been shared with our Engineering team so the shower and related facilities can be inspected and addressed. I am also sorry to hear that the WiFi connection and some elements of your overall stay did not meet your expectations. Your feedback is very valuable to us as it helps us identify areas where we can improve both our facilities and services. Thank you again for bringing these matters to our attention. 以下为我在入住期间经历的关键问题: 1. 【问题一:设备维护存在严重问题,深夜发生水管爆裂】 • 时间:【2026年2月18日晚10点左右】 • 经过:【紧挨着2004室的水管突然发生爆裂,大量热水迅速涌进房间,浸湿地毯】 2. 【问题二:酒店毫无对于突发事件的应急处理能力】 • 时间:【2026年2月18日晚】 • 经过:【水管爆裂后,酒店工作人员要求我们快速收拾全部行李物品,到酒店大堂等候更换房间,但是不久后被告知酒店满房无法换房,可能需要换到其他酒店入住,但是在等待了2个多小时后,酒店告知我们仍旧回到原来的房间。当晚,我们回到房间入睡的时候已经凌晨1点多。次日一早8点,房间外的走廊里就启动排水机器,有巨大的噪音,影响我们休息。】 • 影响:【酒店在方案不确定的情况下就不断地折腾客人,一会儿要求客人收拾全部行李,一会儿又让我们在大堂长时间等待,导致我同行的长者和儿童都无法得到充分的休息,每个人都身心俱疲。而且,酒店并没有将地毯里的水清理干净,就要求我们回到原来的房间,导致我在房间内行走也如同走在水塘里,入住体验差到极点。】 3. 【问题三:突发事件后对于受影响的客人的安置、沟通不积极不主动】 • 时间:【2026年2月19日】 • 经过:【2月19日上午10点左右我们离开酒店,去动物园游玩,下午3点多回到酒店,发现房间未经打扫,我就电话要求酒店派人来打扫,等了许久无人前来,我再次去电要求房间打扫,最后来了一位负责客房清洁的工作人员,她告知我们她接到管理层的通知,20层的房间都不用打扫。我只好再去酒店前台问询,才获悉我们将要换去另一家酒店入住,酒店前台让我们尽快收拾行李,又要收拾行李!!!在这整整一天里,酒店既没有通过客房电话也没有通过手机与我联系(办理入住时我留了2个手机号码给酒店前台),告知我需要换酒店这件事。如果我没有主动询问或者晚上才回酒店,可能需要深更半夜收拾行李换酒店。】 4. 【问题四:礼宾部的工作人员对待客人的态度极其怠慢、敷衍】 • 发生时间:【2026年2月19日】 • 经过:【我们收拾完行李准备换酒店,但是门童只将我们的四个大箱子送到酒店一楼,就让我们自己搬运。另一家酒店距离瑞士酒店有3个街区,而且途中有不少上坡路段,我们愿意自己步行过去已经是不计较了,没想到居然还要我们自己搬运行李箱。在我非常气愤的表示拒绝后,酒店工作人员才不情不愿的用行李车帮我把行李箱推行至另一家酒店。】 以上情况已远远超出正常服务瑕疵范畴,给我造成了【情绪困扰/睡眠不足/负担增加/严重耽误行程】。更让我无法接受的是,水管爆裂事件发生后,酒店对于我们这样受到严重影响的客人居然是如此敷衍和怠慢的态度,完全不顾及客人的身体和感受。

We are truly sorry to read about the significant disruption caused by the burst pipe and the impact this incident had on your stay. Please accept our sincere apologies for the inconvenience, distress and lack of rest experienced by you and your family, particularly given the late-night disruption and the subsequent handling of the situation. While the pipe burst was an unexpected maintenance issue, we fully acknowledge that the response and communication you experienced did not meet the standards we aim to provide to our guests. We are especially concerned to hear about the delays in providing clear updates, the repeated requests to pack your belongings, and the confusion surrounding room cleaning and relocation. We also regret the experience you described when transferring to the alternate hotel, as the level of assistance provided should have been far more supportive given the circumstances. Please be assured that your feedback has been shared with our management team so we can review both the incident response and communication procedures to ensure situations like this are handled more effectively in the future. Your comments are taken very seriously as they highlight areas where we must improve. We truly regret that your experience left you with such a negative impression, particularly when travelling with elderly family members and children.
