悉尼瑞士酒店干净宽敞有格调,机场轻轨可以直接到达附近,去悉尼主要景点均可步行到达,楼下就是商业街,购物方便。服务人员热情友好,房间清洁及时,就是泳池人略多。悉尼很喜欢的一处住宿点。

客房服务 清洁人员培训不足的感觉,几乎每一天都有没补齐全的客房补给,不是少给牛奶就是少给毛巾浴巾 或者用过的杯子不拿走也不清洁 也不给补干净的,浴袍拿走一件就不给补一件干净的回来了,拖鞋穿三天湿了留在需要更换的浴巾一起,也不给补新的,住了很久,清洁人员好像没有常识一样,质量那么差的拖鞋都脏了湿了还给放回原位给客人再穿三五天吗!少给牛奶打电话请补回来 着急用电话打了四次 等了二十分钟才来人送,明显工作沟通和整体效率很低,不符合五星级的标准 除了地理位置之外其他的都该降级了

1,在行政酒廊遗忘了充电宝,再三向行政酒廊工作人员和前台工作人员反馈,均没有得到任何有效帮助。 2,办理入住非常困难,前台工作人员非常不专业。 3,房间紧邻电梯间,一晚上听着电梯上下。 4,明明下了两个订单,却只提供一次欢迎礼遇和欢迎饮料,但是却需要办理两次入住。

We are especially concerned to hear about your missing power bank and the lack of effective assistance you received when reporting it. This is not the level of care or follow-up we expect from our team, and your feedback has been escalated to our management and security teams for further review. We also apologise for the challenges you experienced at check-in. Providing a smooth and professional arrival is extremely important to us, and we are disappointed that this was not your experience. Regarding the room location and noise from the lifts, we understand how disruptive this can be to a good night’s rest, and we regret that this affected your stay.
