Dear helenwT8260QI, Thank you very much for taking the time to share your recent experience with us. I am truly sorry to hear how significantly our elevator delays impacted your stay. This is far from the seamless and efficient experience we aim to provide. Unfortunately, one of our guest elevators is currently being refurbished, which does place additional pressure on the remaining lifts during peak times. I completely understand how frustrating and inconvenient this would have been, especially when simply moving between floors should be quick and effortless. I sincerely apologise that we fell short on this occasion. Should you consider staying with us again, I would welcome the opportunity to personally look after your reservation and ensure a far smoother and more enjoyable experience.
