Excellent location in the heart of the CBD, and the hotel itself feels modern and well refurbished. I honestly can’t quite understand some of the negative reviews. The lifts can get a bit busy during peak hours, but nothing particularly inconvenient. I would happily stay here again if I were looking to be in the CBD.

1，在行政酒廊遗忘了充电宝，再三向行政酒廊工作人员和前台工作人员反馈，均没有得到任何有效帮助。 2，办理入住非常困难，前台工作人员非常不专业。 3，房间紧邻电梯间，一晚上听着电梯上下。 4，明明下了两个订单，却只提供一次欢迎礼遇和欢迎饮料，但是却需要办理两次入住。

We sincerely regret that several aspects of your stay did not meet your expectations, and we truly apologise for the frustration and inconvenience this caused. We are especially concerned to hear about your missing power bank and the lack of effective assistance you received when reporting it. This is not the level of care or follow-up we expect from our team, and your feedback has been escalated to our management and security teams for further review. We also apologise for the challenges you experienced at check-in. Providing a smooth and professional arrival is extremely important to us, and we are disappointed that this was not your experience. Your comments have been shared with our front office leadership for coaching and improvement. Regarding the room location and noise from the lifts, we understand how disruptive this can be to a good night’s rest, and we regret that this affected your stay. In addition, we apologise for the confusion and inconsistency around your welcome amenities and multiple bookings — this should have been handled more clearly and efficiently. Great stay for 3 nights Room was spacious and clean Breakfast was good , didn’t eat at tge restaurant but my wife has and enjoyed it Staff friendly and efficient Great location for everything
