チェックイン時のスタッフが無愛想で部屋の説明など全くなかった。また部屋の掃除をリクエストしていたのにタオルが交換されただけで掃除はまったくされておらずベッドのシーツも整えてくれなかった。立地や部屋の設備は良かったが他の人には勧められない。

乾燥機の具合が悪かったのとスポーツジムが綺麗ではなかったので9の評価です　あとは非常に満足しました

It is always an honor to have some communications with our guests for their stays to understand how everything went. I am pleased that you acknowledged our comfortable and well-laid room structure and furniture! I can imagine how you used our kitchen easy and cooked your food your way! On the other hand, we feel ashamed of gym not in clean status and it's also a shame that the dryer in your room ran down. I will share your comments with our team.
