ラウンジと朝食が酷い

Dear Mr. m., I hope you are well. Warm greetings from Swissôtel Sydney. Thank you for taking the time to complete our survey and share your detailed feedback regarding your recent stay with us. Firstly, please accept our sincere apologies that your experience did not meet your expectations, particularly in relation to the Executive Lounge, breakfast quality, cleanliness, and overall service experience. We are very sorry to learn that several aspects of your stay left you disappointed. Your comments regarding the food quality, beverage selection, room cleanliness, and recognition as an ALL Gold member have been carefully noted and shared with the relevant department leaders for immediate review and improvement. 場所は抜群。部屋も清潔で3人利用でしたが広さも問題無し。バスローブあり。水も人数分開け閉め可能紙パックで毎日支給。 エレベーターが１台改修中&イベントが重なって来ない事がありましたが、裏のエレベーターに案内して頂きました。車留めが2〜3台分しか無くて友人の車お迎えの際は花の納品の車がドーンと止まっていて１台止めるのが難しい状況でしたが無事荷物積めました。

宿泊2日目、外出から戻ると部屋の入り口の電気スイッチに刺してあった白いカードがなくなっていました。 意味なく刺しっぱなしにしていたわけではないので、滞在中の部屋から交換ではなく持ち去るのはやめて欲しかったです。
