I apologise for the inconveniences you experienced, as it is our goal to provide a luxurious and enjoyable experience for all our guests. I understand how frustrating it can be to arrive early and not have your room ready. Whilst our standard check-in time is 3pm, we strive to accommodate early check-in requests based on availability. I regret that we were unable to meet your expectations in this instance. I am sorry to hear that the Executive Lounge did not meet your expectations. The lounge is designed to provide a relaxing environment for our guests and apologise the atmosphere during this peak holiday season was disrupted during your visit. I appreciate your comments regarding the food availability and will take them into consideration as we work to enhance our services. Your feedback is invaluable, and we take it seriously as we continuously strive to improve our services.
