Dear Mr. H., Thank you for taking the time to share your feedback following your recent stay at Swissôtel Sydney. While I am pleased to know that you enjoyed many aspects of your visit, I am sorry to learn that the lift wait times impacted your experience. At the time of your stay, we were undertaking a significant lift modernisation project aimed at improving the long-term reliability, safety, and comfort of our facilities. While these enhancements are important, they did result in longer wait times and increased demand on the available lifts, particularly during busy periods. We sincerely appreciate your patience and understanding while these improvements were underway. Thank you again for your valuable feedback. We are also pleased that our team members were able to assist you by guiding you to the alternative elevator during the maintenance period.
