classy hotel.. well positioned ..staff were very helpful and friendly...the room was first class..the restaurant and breakfast Plenty of selections ..the lounge food Drinks..staff very good..congrats to all the team at Swissotel..will return!

A great, central hotel with all of the ammenities I need for a business trip. A good, busy lobby bar too. The rooms have all of the items I need. So many other hotels don't have ironing boards etc. Simple things matter, like lots of power points and simple light controls. Other hotels can be be over-designed.

Fantastic Stay, ticks all the boxes, awesome location for shopping, and theatre. The facilities are great the pool is spot on North facing with plenty of sun throughout the day also offers great shaded day beds and quick as lightning bar and food service brought with a smile to your pool pad. The service is delightful so friendly and the food so tasty. Our room was beautiful, clean and the bed so comfortable. Amenities in room were superb. Our room was right next door to the lift and we did not hear a thing ! More convent than anything else. The lifts were fast no waiting time which was impressive giving the size of the hotel. The club lounge access was fantastic also high tea was a winner with scrumptious healthy wraps and the scones were so good. This hotel will be my preference when booking another weekend stay in Sydney FANTASTIC!!!!

Enjoyed a few nights at the Swissotel for our 30th Anniversary. Was greeted as Accor members and with happy anniversary! Flavo delivered a complimentary bottle of bubbly from Kaini, Guest Experience Executive. What a lovely surprise. Room was well equipped and comfortable. We enjoyed breakfast at Ten Stories both mornings. Flavo seated us the first morning and again wished us a happy anniversary. Little touches made the stay memorable. Perfectly situated close to Pitt Street Mall and the QVB. Light rail a moments walk away, linking you to Chinatown or Circular Quay.

A lovely hotel with wonderful service throughout. Our standard king room was quite small and only had a bedside table on one side of bed which was inconvenient. A very nice outdoor pool. Staff excellent in all areas. Bar in lobby was great with excellent drinks and food available. Would recommend for anyone wanting to stay in centre of Sydney. Hotel is above Myers department store. Will definite stay again subject of course to tariff being reasonable.
