エレベーターの到着が遅い、満員で乗れない時もありました。

Dear Mr. H., Thank you for taking the time to share your feedback following your recent stay at Swissôtel Sydney. While I am pleased to know that you enjoyed many aspects of your visit, I am sorry to learn that the lift wait times impacted your experience. At the time of your stay, we were undertaking a significant lift modernisation project aimed at improving the long-term reliability, safety, and comfort of our facilities. While these enhancements are important, they did result in longer wait times and increased demand on the available lifts, particularly during busy periods. We sincerely appreciate your patience and understanding while these improvements were underway. Thank you again for your valuable feedback. Firstly, please accept our sincere apologies that your experience did not meet your expectations, particularly in relation to the Executive Lounge, breakfast quality, cleanliness, and overall service experience. We are very sorry to learn that several aspects of your stay left you disappointed. 場所は抜群。部屋も清潔で3人利用でしたが広さも問題無し。バスローブあり。水も人数分開け閉め可能紙パックで毎日支給。 エレベーターが1台改修中&イベントが重なって来ない事がありましたが、裏のエレベーターに案内して頂きました。車留めが2〜3台分しか無くて友人の車お迎えの際は花の納品の車がドーンと止まっていて1台止めるのが難しい状況でしたが無事荷物積めました。

宿泊2日目、外出から戻ると部屋の入り口の電気スイッチに刺してあった白いカードがなくなっていました。 意味なく刺しっぱなしにしていたわけではないので、滞在中の部屋から交換ではなく持ち去るのはやめて欲しかったです。
