二つあります 一つ目 滞在は大変素晴らしいものでした しかし、私は英語はわかりません チェックインの際、すべての説明が英語だったため、ほとんど説明を理解することは できませんでした いまは、タブレット等を使い自動翻訳が可能な時代です このようなものを導入していただけると、うれしいです 二つ目 ルームサービスで食事の手配をWebで行いました しかし、最後にSMSによるチェックでエラーとなり、結局、ルームサービスを 利用することができませんでした オーストラリアでは、私の携帯電話の電話番号を有効にすることができなかった ため、エラーになったのだと思います 私はUS$100ホテルクレジットを持っていましたが、使うことができず残念でした せめて確認は、e-mailでも可能にして頂かれば、このようなことにはならないと思います
