Appalling! Stayed one night and they took 9 unauthorised payments from my card. Left me with me no money whilst on holiday from Uk. Despite pleas for help, none came - they told me to wait 5-7 days - I had NO money because of their error or whatever that unauthorised activity on my card was. Appalling - avoid avoid avoid

Large apartment with sitting room, kitchen, bedroom, bathroom and utility. Very clean, although decor a bit tired in places (nothing a good scrub with a cloth wouldn’t fix) and carpet torn and holed in places. Crisp bed linen and white fluffy towels. Breakfast plentiful and tasty. Would recommend booking with breakfast included. Our travel agent didn’t include this in our booking & we spent approx. aus$60/70 per day for two people. Good central location in the Rocks. Some steep pavements around it. Our taxi driver couldn’t find it at first, but it’s opposite the four seasons hotel. Car parking is $75 per night.

Great location, amazing view and friendly helpful staff. We stayed in an apartment-style room. The size was generous and although the furnishings were in good condition, they felt like an afterthought. The vibe wasn't inviting and not that of a 5-star luxury apartment with premium amenities. The apartment looked as though it had been water-damaged. The carpet was rippled and the cupboards damaged. The air con was fickle, but the bed and pillows were comfy. The day service didn't clean the toilet and there is no toilet brush to do it yourself. Unfortunately a bit of a letdown after thinking we would spoil ourselves. We were not offered an upgrade or late checkout. All that was provided was a bottle of water as Accor members.

We recently stayed three nights at the Sebel Quay West and thoroughly enjoyed our stay. We stayed in the three bed penthouse which had the most amazing views. It was spacious and perfect for our party of five. The location in The Rocks is great, easy walk to Circular Quay with lots of restaurants and cafes nearby. We didn't actually take breakfast there as there is a kitchen in the apartment and a Woolworths metro within a 5 minute walk for all the supplies you could need. The reason for four stars and not five is that even though the apartment has had a lick of paint and new furniture, the bathrooms and kitchen were dated and need modernising. The toilet flush in one bathroom didn't fully work and the kitchen tap was wobbly. Despite this we would absolutely stay here again and do recommend this as a good base for a Sydney stay.
