ホテルがアレンジしたインド人のタクシー運転手にホテルからクルーズターミナル(5分の距離)の料金に52AUS$を取られました。2025年12月23日11時15分ごろの乗車) 最初にメーターをあげないのでおかしいと思ったのですが、トラブルを避けたかったのでそのまま支払いました。 調査してください。 I was charged AUD 52 for a taxi ride arranged by the hotel, driven by an Indian driver, from the hotel to the cruise terminal, which is approximately a five-minute drive. The ride took place around 11:15 a.m. on December 23, 2025. I found it suspicious that the driver did not activate the meter at the start of the trip. However, in order to avoid any trouble, I paid the amount as requested. Please investigate this matter.

スタッフさんが親切で、こちらの拙い英語に対しても配慮を感じられました。部屋は綺麗で設備も便利で、滞在中は快適に過ごせました。ホテルの立地はサーキュラーキー駅から徒歩圏内で良いのですが、坂道を登るのがベビーカーやスーツケースを持っていると大変でした。

お部屋からも、23階のプール、バルコニーのベットスペースからもハーバーブリッジ、オペラハウスの絶景はサンライズ、日中、夜景も絵葉書のような美しさです。プール、ジャグジー、サウナ、ジム と充実設備は朝6時〜21時半。毎朝、夜と利用しました。お部屋もキッチンの設備、バスタブ付きのバスルーム、ランドリーも乾燥機、洗い場シンクもありました。寝室も別でお部屋も広くとても快適でした。朝のお散歩もハーバーブリッジ往復、オペラハウス周辺と楽しく過ごす事ができました。とてもおすすめです また機会があれば是非利用したいとおもいます

部屋は19階でハーバーブリッジとオペラハウスがとても良く見えた。ただ部屋の冷蔵庫も全く冷えず設備が古すぎだ。NYEの花火を見るために最低3泊しなければならず、1泊当たりのコストが高すぎ設備に見合わなかった。レストランの味もイマイチで残念だった。素晴らしい景色ともう一点の素晴らしいところはバレーパーキングだった。彼らの仕事は素晴らしい。
