ホテルがアレンジしたインド人のタクシー運転手にホテルからクルーズターミナル(5分の距離)の料金に52AUS$を取られました。2025年12月23日11時15分ごろの乗車) 最初にメーターをあげないのでおかしいと思ったのですが、トラブルを避けたかったのでそのまま支払いました。 調査してください。 I was charged AUD 52 for a taxi ride arranged by the hotel, driven by an Indian driver, from the hotel to the cruise terminal, which is approximately a five-minute drive. The ride took place around 11:15 a.m. on December 23, 2025. I found it suspicious that the driver did not activate the meter at the start of the trip. However, in order to avoid any trouble, I paid the amount as requested. Please investigate this matter.

Beautiful views and central to circular quay and the rocks. We had 2 rooms booked for Our family of 6. The staff were lovely and we really enjoyed the breakfast each morning. Beds were comfy, wifi great. The showers were a little on the small side but it was fine. It’s a bit hilly but we walked through The Four Seasons to go down to Circular Quay. We loved using the spa and pool with amazing views. Would love to come back here again.

The 1 bedroom self-contained apartment with harbour views represents excellent value for a family of four. Stunning views !! The kitchen is well equipped for self-catering, and it's an easy walk to ferries, train and tram stations, cafes, and The Rocks. Sydney is so much more pleasant with George Street closed to vehicles. It's made the city far more tourist friendly. Having an al fresco lunch at the Fortune of War pub and strolling around The Rocks was such a positive experience and brought back fond memories of this city that I'd fallen out of love with.

50th wedding anniversary and we were staying at Manly Breakwater Beachfront Manly for 7 nights and then 3 nights at Quay West. Suite 2903 is described as a 3-bedroom Harbour View Penthouse. Not sure how it's a penthouse given that the lifts go to the 38th floor but it didn't matter. The suite was magnificent and quite breathtaking. As you enter, an enormous vista of the Harbour is in front of you, from the bridge and the Opera House and across the water to Sydney Heads. Night or day, that view is amazing. To the right of the enormous living area is the main bedroom and ensuite with spa bath. The view from that room is equally good, especially if you open the glass door to the balcony. To the left of the living room are the two other bedrooms with views across to Barangaroo. These rooms share a large bathroom. All bedrooms have TVs as does the living room. The beds we used were exceptionally comfortable and very quiet so we slept really well. Also to the left is a long, well-appointed kitchen. The kitchen is separate from the living room but both lead on to the 8-seater dining area which also has access to the balcony. The hotel is very centrally located and just a short stroll to a tram stop, Circular Quay, the Rocks area and the Opera House. The QV building and shops are only two tram stops away. Tip: there are two entrances to the hotel so ask for the Gloucester Street entrance when arriving but use the Harrington Street when heading out on foot. There is also a handy mini-mart a few metres to your left when you come out onto Harrington Street. Taxis are plentiful but we used Hughes Chauffers to get us from the airport to Manly, Manly to Quay West and Quay West to the airport. The taxi ride from Aria restaurant back to Quay West on our last night was, mercifully, short but that maniac driver was bad enough to ensure that we avoid taxis whenever possible in the future. Whilst breakfast was included in our room rate, we only ate there once because we are not breakfast people. However, there is no buffet breakfast and meals are cooked to order, so we enjoyed it. We also had room service one night and the burgers were good. The pool area is huge with 2 separate indoor pools and sundecks. On the day we swam there, we had the entire area to ourselves. The hotel staff were very welcoming and helpful. We have stayed at Surry Hills for our last few trips to Sydney but we'll definitely stay at Quay West again. At Manly, we had great meals at Kushi, Hugo's, The Pantry, Garfish and The Herring Room. At Sydney, we ate at Kingsleys of Woolloomooloo (a long-time favourite like Garfish), Bennelong and Aria and had drinks at the outside bar at Pier One.

Great place with incredible views. we were in 1404 and loved it. Bejamine was an absolute gem in every way. He couldn't do enough for us even when we were sick. He is a definite keeper for this establishment. Its in the rocks which is an amazing place. Menu could be better especially room service dining. Staff friendly, had a great time.
