Excellent position, easy 10 min walk to MCG/Rod Laver and 5 min walk to Parliament Station. The staff were very friendly and helpful and the room was clean with modern furnishings. Highly recommend for couples, families or business and very reasonably priced.

Good apart hotel, would defiinitely stay again. Has sofa bed as well. daily housekeeing available except for sundays. Only dent in my experience was refill for coffee and teas, and not replenishing the cleaning items (soaps, washcloths) etc.

Stayed here for 1 night but has not received any status night and status points credited to my AccorPlus account providing it’s ALL Points hotel. Followed up with phone call and it’s not an active line. Followed up with email and still has no response! Please take action asap!

If you want to drown in dust and dirty rooms then book a room here.

Absolutely disgusting...... This hotel lets the Accor Group and Mantra down. I booked this hotel as I always stay in Accor hotels in other states, and they are fabulous. The room was dirty, thick coated dust on all surfaces, moved the couch to take a photo in front of the window and old toothpicks under the couch. Fixtures and fittings were old and outdated. Stereo from the 1980's. Welcome mat in reception was dirty and bin was overflowing, this should have been a red flag at check-in into the filthy room that awaited us. I left a little note "Clean Me" in the multiple layers of dust on the TV unit for cleaners or potentially next guest to find,

Great service and friendly staff. Room was clean and well maintained. Very happy return customer. The motel is within an easy walk of the retail precinct and theatre district. Close to parking station. Room was a great size and comfortable.
