Sadly this is a negative review. As an ACCOr member this has been the worst experience of all our bookings in this group. Simply - room not ready on arrival, rooms dirty with food on floor and terrible smell, no care in stocking crockery with random amounts of articles available showing lack of care by management, shower recess blocked and drain backing up so showers taken with ankle deep dirty water in bathtub, common spaces dirty. Clean towels and sheets only positive. Overall neglected and rundown, dirty, smelly. Avoid if possible.

Booked with free breakfast to make our mornings easier. Hotel taken over recently and received no message to say they don’t provide breakfast anymore , not told when we arrived , only found out when waiting for breakfast on the first morning. I had factored breakfast into the hotel cost but now had to pay more for breakfast off site , I could’ve stayed somewhere cheaper . No offer of reimbursement. It got worse …… two unauthorised transactions amounting to $400 taken from our credit card over the next two mornings . We had fully paid beforehand with Agoda and only presented our credit card as security on the room with $100 hold pending . Two charges came out at 3 am and 4 am on consecutive days until we picked it up . After 2 conversations, emails, manager admitted the hotel had made the charges but couldn’t explain why or what for . Still waiting for transactions to be canceled. Would NOT recommend this hotel .

Absolutely revolting stay! Worst hotel I have ever stayed in. MONEY WAS STOLEN FROM OUR ROOM AND I HOPE KARMA COMES FOR YOU!

Great location but the place needs maintenance and a good clean.

The only really positive here is location. Otherwise the room, while spacious, was tired, dated and not very clean. The bathroom tiles need a good scrub to get rid of mould, the toilet leaked onto the floor, and the windows are dirty. I stayed for 5 nights while attending a nearby conference, and although I asked every day for someone to fix the TV, it remained broken for the entire week. On the upside, the receptionist was friendly and welcoming.

Super annoying door keys

Really nice room which was super clean and quiet. Beds were great, sofa bed average. Weird crockery allocation with only one mug and 2 glasses for 5 people! And the keys were super annoying and intermittent. Perfect location for a group catch up in the CBD
