We had four rooms, one had a strong smell, none cleaned overly well. There was remains of left over mince meat in one of the sinks, hair in the bed, stains on the sheets. Reception people were lovely and probably the only positive.

Upon arrival there were hairs still in the shower / bathtub, and shaved beard hairs around the bathroom sink. The bedding had hairs on it and the mattress topper had yellow stains all over it, the topper was also a single size despite it being on a double bed so it made for sleeping on unevenness. There was also cooked mince in my sink, which means the kitchenette area was also not cleaned properly after the previous guest. The rooms smelt bad and the smell didn't go away despite attempting to air it out. Disappointed that there was no towel service or clean in between our stay. Check in was also difficult, we arrived after hours and had 4 x rooms, only one of the room keys had the room number listed on it, so we had to try press each floor number in the elevator to find our level, once we found our level we then had to try open every single door on the floor.

Very positive. I look forward to another opportunity to stay. The only negative was the cushion in the sofa was not good, sort of collapsing into the frame. Very helpful staff too.

Could use a clean and an update. Lots of mould on the walls in the bathroom, lots of stains on the ground, dust was everywhere. The room smelt strongly of old cooking.
