Hi Mr Smith, Thanks for your mixed reviews and sorry for any inconvenience caused. We do acknowledge that there are varying degrees in terms of the standard and fit out of our apartments and this is something we are actively working with our owners on to address as a priority. This is challenging process and one, which will take some time as we attempt to justify to each individual owner why they need to re-invest in their apartments. Most owners are receptive and are investing towards refurbishment work, again however, this is to varying degrees, some are well over and above expectations and others are to reach our minimum standard that we would expect.
