The room is dated but clean. You could only flush the toilet once every 30 odd minutes as it took that long for the toilet tank to fill with water. Not ideal for a 2 bedroom unit designed to accommodate 4 people.

We do acknowledge that there are varying degrees in terms of the standard and fit out of our apartments and this is something we are actively working with our owners on to address as a priority. This is challenging process and one, which will take some time as we attempt to justify to each individual owner why they need to re-invest in their apartments. Most owners are receptive and are investing towards refurbishment work, again however, this is to varying degrees, some are well over and above expectations and others are to reach our minimum standard that we would expect. Wonderful relaxing stay with the most amazing views. We met up with family from Australia and spent 4 days. This was our second stay at this hotel. Management and staff were very friendly and helpful. Apartment was very comfortable, quiet, clean and warm with a wonderful kitchen which was extremely well fitted out. The views os the Remarkables and Cecil Peak are amazing. The driveway access into the hotel is steep but that is so that all the rooms get the view so its worth it. Its close to Queenstown CBD and has access to the walking and cycle trail around the Lake. The apartments are self contained so there are no dining facilities on the premises, which is fine as there are restaurants nearby. We got a mini bus/van taxi that seated us all into town to save parking hassles and it was only $21.00. We will definitely be staying here again. Thank you.

住了7號屋5個晚上，7號屋應該曾翻新，所以設施感覺仍然新淨，設備齊全水溫水壓足夠，還有溫暖的火爐。我沒有自駕但步行400-600米就有巴士站，因此其實沒有不便。甚至可能比起市中心但位於山腰的其他住宿方便。 酒店附近少光害且寧靜，天氣晴朗時露台肉眼可看到銀河，相機可拍到遠方的極光。 唯一問題是前台有人當值的時間通常都是旅客在外的時候，長期住宿時突然要找職員拿物資不易。 有機會再到皇后鎮旅遊我肯定會再選擇這間酒店。

nous avons séjourné en famille avec nos deux enfants a BreakFree The Point en janvier 2012. L'appartement est tout simplement extraordinaire, ce n'est pas du confort, mais du luxe, un excellent rapport qualité prix. la vue sur le lac est magnifique. l'acceuile etait parfait, et nous avions également une place de parking pour notre voiture; le seul petit inconvnient, mais qui n'en etait pas vraiment un par rapport a la qualité de l'environnement, etait l'eloignement du centre ville, mais on ne peux pas tout avoir. et l'emplacement et le logement merite vraiment tous les eloges.
