Hi Alexa, Many thanks for your feedback. I am very sorry to hear about the condition of the soap dish in your shower – this is certainly not the standard we expect, and I will be following this up with our housekeeping team. I am also sorry that your experience at reception did not feel as welcoming or accommodating as it should have, particularly after you asked for assistance with communication. We value our international guests and your comments will be shared with the team. Regarding parking, we do offer limited on-site parking for convenience, which is charged separately from the room rate. I understand this was disappointing and apologise that it impacted your stay. Bonjour Patrick, Many thanks for taking the time to leave a review, I am sorry that you did not find the property to your liking. Your comments regarding renovation and the quality of breakfast have been taken on board and shared with the team. The breakfast is a particular area of focus right now, if you feel there was anything in particular in this area that we could do better I would be happy to hear your specific feedback. I acknowledge your comments on the charging of the barista coffees. We do charge barista made coffees separately but we have coffee dispensers as part of the breakfast buffet. I apologise that this was an unpleasant surprise for you Thank you once again for your feedback Patrick, I am sorry that your stay was impacted by your experiences, particularly around the decor and the breakfast.
