Amazing place to stay...so clean, we requested 2 single beds and walk in shower and it was perfect, well stocked kitchen not that we used it apart from breakfast, we were on holidays. Not cramped, full size washing machine, balcony, friendly staff and so close to everything. Definitely 10/10. Highly recommend.

Arrived out of hours. Clear, simple instructions had been emailed to me prior. No difficulty experienced gaining entrance. Room on level 6. Great sea view. Clean open room. Separate bedroom . Bed comfortable TV and aircon in room. Lounge room and kitchen .. great aircon. Well equipped kitchen. Washing machine and dryer. There is a line on the balcony also with pegs supplied to dry clothes. Bathroom interesting design..shower/ bath / spa all in one. Requires shower curtain to be pulled around to screen view from loungeroom ! Reception friendly and professional. Lifts require a key to access. Location excellent. Esplanade, lagoon , Night markets all within minutes walk. Rustys markets, Supermarket within 5 minutes walk. This will be my regular Cairns stopover from now on.

Nice location, view etc. Friendly check-in. However no mention of wifi process. Read paperwork in room, need a “dongle” from reception. Get dongle, back to room doesn’t work. Back to reception, shrug shoulders, yeah we’ve been having problems with that one, there’s no others until check out tomorrow. Hard to believe that in 2025 a hotel in downtown urban centre has no wifi when every other hotel/motel in the world does. A bit hard to work out tbh. Unsatisfactory……

The view and location make this hotel!! Apartments are basic, but clean and bright. The "bedroom" has no wall/door, just a cut out off the hallway, leaving it with no protection from the foyer and slamming doors. Cyril in reception is a star!!
