Great stay in 2 Bedroom penthouse

We stayed at the end of November 2025 and had a wonderful time in the 2 bedroom penthouse we stayed in. The rooftop had an undercover spa, bbq and 4 sunlounges with a synthetic grass covering. The apartment it self was air conditioned and well optioned and very comfortable. I cannot wait for our next holiday and look forward to coming back in the future.

Lagoon Bar, rude staff, overpriced food - AVOID LIKE THE PLAGUE

This is specifically about the Lagoon bar at Pullman Sea Temple Palm Cove. I would give it 0/5 if I could. I found the service at the bar to be appalling and absolutely taking the piss with prices. I took my kids there for ice-cream. It was pretty slow and the bar staff saw us but didn’t offer to serve us. Another bar staff member barked rudely at my children to move aside when they were excitedly looking at the ice cream options and not getting in the way. All the ice-cream options were lactose free and flat-tasting. It was $6 each for two pathetically small scoops of ice-cream, $1 holiday surcharge (with which I don’t have a problem) but a 7.5% surcharge for using a debit card. After all that, they had the audacity to ask for a tip. Tip for what? Bad product, rude staff and epically slow service. Save your money and go elsewhere.

we stayed in a 3-bedroom villa, which was amazing, the resort itself was beautiful but unfortunately the food was terrible in both the restaurant and the lagoon dining. The breakfast took agers and agers just to get served, then a long wait to receive the meal.I notice some people getting up and leaving due to tried of the wait

If you are looking for an understaffed hotel with long waiting times when ordering something, half baked pizza as lunch, hardly baked meat for dinner, elevators where you can see mold stains and pillows that give you a full male DNA profile of the previous sexually active occupant, then you are in the right place. As bonus you get a wild marriage party right under your window with drunk guests and a bad deejay going on to ten o'clock. Luckily the next morning you wait for 45 minutes for your breakfast and then have to leave without it because your tour is starting. Anyway, all five stars of disapproval very well earned.

Ordered a coffee ( in fact I’m still waiting at the table now) it has been over half an hour and I have just had to get up and ask them where it was. Dreadful. Faster to have walked up the beach to Nu Nu , at least I would have got my coffee and a sea view!
