While I’m pleased to hear that you found our reception area welcoming and enjoyed the views from your room, it’s clear that other aspects of your stay fell short. Your observations regarding the dated room, limited minibar restocking, and the condition of the pool area are valuable, and I regret any inconvenience this caused.
