Check-in reception staff were friendly & helpful & efficient (even laughed at my Dad Joke!), lift worked perfectly and as described, signage was perfect, room facilities all worked perfectly except for the noisy air con (which kept us awake until it automatically switched off at around midnight). Check-out was easy.
