The photos made the apartments look amazing. It was a lot smaller than the photos show. The carpets were covered in stains. The chairs were filthy. We had two large suitcases and couldn't even open them up in the bedrooms. Was definitely not worth the money we paid. We were disappointed.

Clean, comfy, central, with an amazing pool. I was able to walk a few minutes to everywhere I could find on maps, local food was great, people were kind and fun, the area felt safe. Strong nightlife if you’re into that, hotel was sound proof so sleep was great.

For a first timer, service was excellent rooms were great and worth the every cent although maybe not too friendly for the kids ie neighbourhood as my kids visited me from Boarding school. 1 min walk to the Woolies and little food court Pool was great too. I'd stay there again.

The guest services staff at FV by Peppers exceeded our expectations. Lyana at front desk who checked us in and Dolores who checked us out were both informative, friendly and attended to our needs with urgency and care. Our room was clean, modern and had a breathtaking view overlooking Story Bridge in the distance. The Rooftop Infinity Pool was clean with comfy day beds we laid in, soaking in the sun and view of Brisbane City and surrounds. We were able to book a private spa lounge for 4 hours which overlooked the city and also came equipped with a TV, XL day bed, table and chairs which just topped off our stay. It is a short walk to restaurants, bars, convenience stores and supermarkets. 10/10 recommend! Thank you Ian and the team for a wonderful experience. We look forward to returning!

With items on the back of the Ute exceeding the 2.1m, it was too high for the underground Carpark - the guy behind the counter personally came and checked and then asked for further help - as a result we were able to park underground, off the street and safely locked up - this meant a lot. Thankyou
