The bathroom in room 85a was not cleaned properly. It is also very old and in need of renovation. The sink is extremely dirty and the surface of the basin is cracked and very unhygienic. Due to the above items I insisted on a room change.

Very neat, clean and comfortable room. However, the outside lights did come through the blinds and I would prefer a 'black out' type of window covering where rooms face the carpark and outside lighting. I was surprised at the term 'free barrista coffee' at breakfast, then when asking for a 2nd coffee I was told if I wanted the same 'free barrista coffee' I had to pay more. Surely the nicer barrista coffee should be included in the total breakast cost?

This was our first stay at Anuka and we will definitely be back. Kids had a ball by the pool or park whilst me and hubby had a ball at the bar. Cant wait to go back.

Stayed for a family birthday event. Outrigger dinner and breakfast facilities great. Staff wonderful, however the room was below par for this venue. It looked run down from the exterior. When we entered, the smell of mould was quite bad, and although the air-con looked 30 years old, it did work. The venetian blind in bathroom was broken and the main curtain in the lounge/entry had holes in it. There were no towel rails in bathroom - of the two hand-towel rings - one came apart when I hung the towel on it! when I tried to use the kitchen tidy- the lid completely fell off (was broken) when I pressed the button - the kitchen was in a cupboard, which looked awful for a good resort! Overall, the room looked half- renovated; we were quite disappointed as the resort appeared to be quite good in all other aspects.

Our Bure was a wonderful room, with all the amenities that one could expect from a sub-tropical resort. It was clean, well maintained and appointed. The maintenance and cleaning staff should be commended for maintaining these standards across such a large resort.

We had a nice one night stay in our way up North. We liked that this property is a little outside of main Coffs Harbour CBD. The kids loved the lagoon pool and slide, and we loved being able to cook dinner on the BBQs while we watched the kids swim in the pool. Great lawn games and activities on the grass for the kids while we sat and had a drink on the deck.

Lovely resort with lots for the kids to do. Felt like a tropical oasis and quiet so you couldn’t hear the freeway. Rooms were fine. A little dated (the plug for the bath was broken so that was a mission to get out!). Kitchen was minimally stocked, would be good if they provided a cutting board and toaster and a drying rack for dishes. Otherwise it was great. Would definitely come back.
