Experience had to ring reception to be able to open the screen door to get into our room kettle leaking had to ring for a replacement after two day no toilet paper had to go to reception sink in the bathroom very hard to release the water tissues we received a third of a box I have stayed in places all over the world never have I been left a box that someone else had been using. Had the burra cleaned after five day really I feel a a child could have cleaned the bathroom better. The gardens need work rubbish everywhere nothing pick up the whole place is looking very very tired and neglected. I come to Coffs twice a year for sewing I will never stay at your venue again the cost is very high for the area and very little in return.

Great stay. Room is outdated, old bathroom and narrow shower/bath so water goes everywhere. There for a week and no servicing - would have been good to have at least two visits for fresh towels and vac the floor as it’s not carpet - or even supply a broom? And curtains over the virtual blinds for a decent sleep in.
