De hotels van Mama Shelter zijn erg fijn en mooi vormgegeven. Af en toe gaat het mooie boven functionaliteit. Helaas was de eerste dag het ontbijt onder niveau, er was te weinig, er werd onvoldoende aangevuld. Daarnaast was het best wel koud in het restaurant omdat de buitendeur iedere keer openging en het erg koud was. De vriendelijkheid van het personeel is wisselend.

Super séjour ! L’accueil est chaleureux et met tout de suite le client à l’aise. L’hôtel est facile d’accès, à seulement une minute des transports en commun. La chambre était mignonne et très cosy, avec une température parfaite, et la salle de bain était géniale. Pour le petit-déjeuner, il y avait un large choix, sucré ou salé à volonté. Nous venons de France, et l’hôtel nous a vraiment aidés à nous sentir chez nous à Londres. Si nous revenons, ce sera dans cet hôtel. Merci MaMa ! Great stay! The staff was welcoming and made us feel immediately comfortable. The hotel is easy to reach, just a minute from public transport. The room was cute and cozy, with a perfect temperature, and the bathroom was fantastic. For breakfast, there was a wide selection, sweet or savory, all you can eat. We are from France, and the hotel really helped us feel at home in London. If we come back, we’ll definitely stay at this hotel. Thank you, MaMa!

L'accueil dans cet hôtel est exceptionnel, le personnel est très agréable et vraiment serviable( petit plus pour Michelle et Yasmina). Nous avons apprécié le confort des chambres, la situation de l'hôtel avec des restaurants sympas, épicerie ouverte très tard. L'hôtel étant entouré de petits quartiers, vraiment sympa. On peut se rendre dans plein d'endroits sympas à pied et sinon extrêmement bien distribué au niveau des bus pour se rendre un peu partout dans Londres. Le seul petit bémol, le petit-déjeuner n'est pas qualitatif et très souvent il manque des choses... Je pense qu'il est très cher et que nous pouvons trouver deux fois moins cher et très bon autour de l'hôtel. En tout cas nous reviendrons avec plaisir. Merci pour tout. 🙏🏼🙏🏼🙏🏼🙏🏼
