Dear Frederieke S., Thank you for choosing to stay with us at Adagio Aparthotels - London City East! We are pleased to hear that you found our location convenient and our staff friendly. However, we regret to learn that the cleanliness of your room did not meet your expectations and that the breakfast offerings felt repetitive. We appreciate your comments as they assist us in identifying areas for improvement. Regarding the air conditioning, our central system ensures comfort, and we encourage guests to reach out if they have specific requests. Your insights are invaluable to us, and we hope to provide a more memorable experience in the future. Warm Regards, Lakshay Khurana Front Office Manager

Gastvrije ontvangst.

Dear Ms. Zwetsloot M., Thank you for your positive feedback regarding your recent stay at Aparthotel Adagio London City East.
