Stayed at Banyan Tree for a night for Christmas holiday with my mother. Enjoyed the stay and meals at Vertigo especially the perfect service from Nash and Maria.

Thanks to all the staff at Banyan Tree that made my birthday special especially Ms Christal, Hakim, Raynalin and Maria, at the Horizon Grill team on the 58th floor of the hotel. The food was exceptional and cooked to perfection. I had an amazing time and enjoyed their breakfast, lunch and dinners there. I loved this hotel, the rooms are spacious and designed well The location is situated in the mall. The food is outstanding and to top it all off they have an amazing rooftop Bar where you can enjoy the breathtaking views of Kular Lumpar.

Excellent dining experience

Had a lovely Surf and Turf dinner at Horizon Grill on 23 December. Eventhough my reservation wasn't received on time, the kind lady at the restaurant reception counter accepted my request for a table for dinner. At the table, we were taken care off by Jeffery the waiter. He meticulously tended to our request in detail and ensure we enjoyed the dinner experience. Dinner was exceptional. Lobster, jumbo prawn, australian ribeye were tender and fresh and cooked to perfection. Thank you staff of Horizon Grill.
