Not so sure where to start with this hotel. 1. Front desk staff forgot to pass my passport back after they photocopied it. Had to come down to collect it after receiving a call from them. They apologize for 2. Required a deposit (RM100) when I checked in. Regular traveller and don’t seem to find any other hotels requested this. 3. Managed to get a quiet room (Floor 29) however I still can hear noise from above and my neighbours. I don’t think the hotel room is sound proof. 4. In the folder said “Let’s act together to reduce plastic”, however you still can find plastic flowers, plastic cups in the toilet and water bottles – plastic in the room. One thing for sure this will be my first time and last time staying at this hotel. Located in the nice location - near to KLCC

Awesome Location!!!!Nice cozy rooms, comfortable beds & nice amenities in the hotel. Great Skyview loung with great quick bites and views!They also have a really nice restaurant buffet & the Infiniti pool is gorgeous. You can also do karaoke in the sky lounge, which is fun.

I have stayed in a number of IBIS' on work travel but IBIS KL has definitely more than the others. It is not often you see an Ibis with a infinity swimming pool, gym, couple of dozen options for breakfast and a nicer room which i really like. Spacious, clean and surprisingly, large. The location is great - not too far from the KLCC and KL Tower. The staff on arrival very super helpful and checkin was quick. The only downside was breakfast - given it is a large hotel, morning breakfast (after 7am) gets noisy given the number of guest. else, all very good

I did not expected much when stay at IBIS Hotel for 2 day course. The room is ok. Small and just ok for short stay. TV not functioning. The bed is comfortable. The hotel that time packed with tourist. The breakfast and dinner buffet full of choices. The taste is average for me. Overall is ok.

The hotel room is super clean. Loving the experience. I booked a twin bed room and its fabulous. Liza stands at the booking counter. She is very kind and helpful. The booking went super smooth. She provided room 29th floor. I have also attached the pictures for reference….
