Great New Year’s Eve Buffet

We visited the hotel for the New Year’s Eve buffet, and it was a very pleasant experience. The atmosphere was festive and lively, perfect for celebrating the New Year. I would especially like to compliment Harris, who provided excellent service throughout the evening. He was very attentive, friendly, and professional, making sure we were well taken care of despite how busy it was. His warm attitude really made a difference and added to our overall experience. The buffet offered a good variety of food, and everything was well-organized even with many guests. Overall, it was a memorable way to welcome the New Year, and the service truly stood out.

Wonderful stay at the Pullman. Excellent staff and services. Rooms were great and Sharik at the door was wonderful. Always welcomed us at the door with the smile and had great local knowledge of the surroundings shops, things to do etc. If you are looking for an excellent stay I would recommend coming to the Pullman. Honestly one of the best 5 star hotels in KL

Great stay at Pullman KL. The room was big and comfortable. They also had the room nicely decorated for my birthday celebration! The staff made us feel welcome and comfortable. Anjaly who served us at breakfast was also very friendly and provided good service. Would definitely recommend getting the Club lounge access!

As an Accor Platinum member who travels frequently, I have high expectations, and Adam exceeded them effortlessly.
