My daughter and myself had the pleasure of staying 8 nights at the Pullman City Centre in KL. We loved every minute of our stay. The room was of a very high standard the breakfast was Devine and the offering in the lounge was out of this world. I can’t go without recommending the staff at the Pullman, every greeting was cheerful and not forced. I must also commend 2 staff members in particular. Tommy and Haziel at the pool bar. These 2 guys were the most accomodating gentlemen I have ever encountered on the many trips I’ve been on. Their friendly and cheerful manner made my daily swim so much more pleasurable. It was also pleasing to note hotel management were visible throughout our 8 day stay. It’s a real credit to all.

We had buffet breakfast on Level 10. Good spread and suited for families. Also wish to compliment Ms Jimmy for ensuring that we got our orders in and delivered to our table. She even took the time to suggest where to visit while in KL. We wish Ms Jimmy and her crew an excellent 2025 ahead and encourage them to continue provide excellent customer service, always!

A great hotel located in KL City Centre near to lots of places of interest. The room was clean, bright and spacious. The bathroom was also spacious, it included a bath as well as a walk in shower, however, it didn’t have one of the wall mounted magnifying mirrors with lights. Breakfast was included with our room and it has to be said it was one of the best, a very comprehensive selection of foods catering for all tastes, with excellent service. It must be said, if your in the first room on a floor (Room 01) or the last (can’t be sure of that number) you will more than likely be disturbed by the lifts. There was one night I got very little sleep thanks to the lifts travelling up and down. I chose not to report this but had it been more than one night I would have reported. The pool area was wonderful.

I stayed 7 days at this hotel., very helpful staff, very beautiful and modern hotel right next to pavilion mall. Special thanks to Mr tommy at blu bar who is a very gentleman and kind person. Can’t wait to come again and visit beautiful KL, terima kasih

Disappointed.....hope it gets better

Just arrived 9 Dec 2024. Check in was a long process with only a staff @ counter. Visited Sedap restaurant but left disappointed. Although, there were restaurant staff but no staff attended to us , I had to wave to a chef to get his attention! Sad.... Will be staying here till the weekend....hopefully the stay will get better...
