Good ambience. Nice view from our room. Love the Can drinks from mini bar. Drinho sparkling rose lychee best 👍🏽 Check in smooth. Will come again Tqsm.

The hotel is conveniently located with easy access to major roads. Check-in and check-out were smooth, and I was pleasantly upgraded to a better room during my 4-night stay. There was a small miscommunication regarding the room benefits, but the team resolved it quickly upon check-in. Kudos to the front office staff and the manager for their prompt and professional service. Breakfast was good, and the main dishes rotated daily. However, I found the overall food quality better during my previous stay in May, and there were more vegetarian options then. Despite that, this hotel remains one of my preferred choices, and I will definitely consider staying here again for my next business trip in early January 2026.

I used my accor hotels points to pay for a 3 night stay at the hotel. The hotel was a 10 minute walk to and from the main shopping centre's, very relaxing sleep each night, I would stay there again if I'm in kuala lumpur.

My group of 6 spent a few nights in this hotel. The location is central and close to the business district and a mall. There are many eateries in the vicinity and we enjoyed a Chinese meal at one of them. The check process was seamless. The staff were efficient and helpful. The rooms are a good size, well cleaned. The food was ok. The breakfast spread had the usual hot and cold options. Limited options for fruits. A selection of local foods as well. There is a Starbucks in the premises for coffee lovers. Overall, a standard experience.

I had such a wonderful stay at Mercure Kuala Lumpur Shaw Parade! 🌟 The hotel has an amazing location — just a short walk to LaLaport Bukit Bintang City Centre, Berjaya Times Square, and the popular ICC Pudu food market, which makes it super convenient for both shopping and food hunting. The room was spacious, comfortable, and well-equipped with everything I needed for a relaxing stay. One of the highlights is definitely the rooftop pool — the view is stunning and it’s such a nice spot to chill after a day exploring the city. I also really loved the aesthetic lobby, designed like a cozy library, which gives off such a warm and stylish vibe. It’s the perfect place to sit back and unwind. Overall, this hotel is a gem in the heart of Kuala Lumpur, and I’d highly recommend it to anyone visiting the city! 💯✨
