Great choice when staying in KL

We stayed 4 nights here during our visit to Kuala Lumpur. It is a 9 minute walk to one of the monorail stations that can be used to cheaply travel the city. There is a rooftop pool and bar, but the prices are quite high. The 3rd floor has a spa with reasonably priced massage services. The rooms were fairly quiet (we heard TV noise once from our neighbors), and the air conditioning worked great. Housekeeping was friendly and provided us anything that we needed. The room has a water purifier so you can refill any water bottles that you may have. Our room included breakfast each morning between 6:30 and 10:30. It had a huge selection of hot and cold items along with an egg station. Many of the items changed daily so we always had something new to sample.

We had another wonderful stay at Mercure SP-KL. From the moment we arrived until the day we left we were made to feel so welcome. We regularly stay here & on this occasion it was for 2 weeks. Many staff remembered us & it was great that on my birthday we had Towels in the shape of a cake with petals in the room, Pisang goreng made by the chef & well wishes. The hotels well located & everywhere is very clean, and the rooms are serviced thoroughly and to a high standard. The pool area is great for relaxing, although maybe a couple more sunbeds might be useful. There is a nice rooftop bar open from 3pm with great views. Also a coffee shop serving food in the ground floor foyer. The breakfast buffet was excellent — great variety, delicious food, and beautifully presented. What truly stood out is the staff. They were professional, attentive, friendly, and clearly took pride in their work. It was great to also meet with the GM who shared a gift with us. Special mentions to Dayang, Irfan, Hani, Samad, Fatia, Rounak, Ferdous & Imran for allways being so helpful. A very comfortable, well-run hotel with outstanding staff — a pleasure to stay here & highly recommended.

I had a wonderful stay at Mercure KL. The breakfast buffet was excellent — great variety, delicious food, and beautifully presented. What truly stood out was the staff, especially the young team members at breakfast. They were professional, attentive, friendly, and clearly took pride in their work. Their positive energy made each morning a pleasure. The hotel itself is very clean, and the rooms are serviced thoroughly and to a high standard. A comfortable, well-run hotel with outstanding staff — highly recommended.

Clean rooms Friendly, helpful and attentive staff Booked 2 rooms for 9 days about a month in advance and requested they be side by side or across from each other. Was travelling with teen kids At check in our rooms were far apart Thanks to Amirul, Duty Manager, he was able to move us the next day. Only issue is poor water pressure throughout the stay even after we changed rooms. I’ve read other reviews that pointed this out so it’s definitely an ongoing issue no matter what time you use the shower. Overall comfortable stay. Good location. Nice property. Housekeeping staff deserve praise.

Good ambience. Nice view from our room. Love the Can drinks from mini bar. Drinho sparkling rose lychee best 👍🏽 Check in smooth. Will come again Tqsm.
