Their professionalism, warmth, and constant willingness to help truly stood out and made me feel very welcome. Exceptional service from all three — thank you for such a lovely experience. Konaklamamı özel kılan en önemli şey Emre, Ata ve iram’ın sunduğu mükemmel hizmetti. Üçü de son derece nazik, ilgili ve içten davrandı. I had a great stay at this Ibis in Bomonti, Istanbul. A special thanks to the bell person, Emre. He made our stay special. Emre was professional and genuinely kind. Also, the breakfast was so good. I would absolutely recommend this hotel to anyone. Great value and great comfort!

It has a great kitchen services. We have a little boy (9months). Mrs. Gulsever and Nurcan are very hepful in terms of breakfast for our son. Thanks for everthing.

It was a great experience and excellent service, especially the receptionist Mahmoud, who was helpful and kind. The service was fast and very cooperative. The location of the hotel is very excellent. The gym was not available and was under maintenance. However, the employee Mahmoud helped us find a spa and a gym in another hotel.
