This hotel very good. Specially Ahmet emre and ozgur very good person. They help to much. And they are very friendly. Hotel is clean and we recommend this place for others and the staff made us feel like we are at home

We booked a family suite at ibis styles bomonti for 10 nights, we were all adults (5 persons) and we fitted quite well at the suite. The staffs are very nice specially Mr Mahmut and Mrs. Egem at the front desk and receptionist and also Mrs. Fadima from cleaning service ( so kind and lovely), they were all very helpful and tried their best to satisfy you! I really recommend this place specifically if you come with your family then you can enjoy your stay.

This hotel maintains high standards and has valet parking service which is necessary in Istanbul. Moreover, we enjoyed the breakfast and had very good service from the friendly staff especially Mr. Mahmoud how was very helpful.

It was an amazing stay at Ibis Style bomonti istanbul. Everything was just perfect. The Staff is Amazing. Special thanks to Mr. Mahmut Demir (very professional and helpful person) and Mrs Sinem Keskin. I will visite again for sure.

Good room, poor staff

I spent two nights here, and was pleasantly surprised by my room. It was large, nicely furnished, and even had a balcony - I wasn't expecting any of that in an Ibis. Breakfast was decent, except the coffee was horrific - some sort of instant-coffee-in-a-machine thing. The location was good for me, as I had a meeting nearby, but maybe not so good for a tourist. What let it down were the staff - they were disinterested and not well trained. When I checked in and presented my Accor membership card, the staff took a photo of it rather than entering the details. When I checked out and asked to confirm my membership number was entered in the system, the guy told me that I can only collect points if I book directly through their website. I knew this isn't true and we discussed it, but I gave up. I had to contact Accor to get my points accredited, which they did. So some serious staff training would be good here.
