I really enjoyed my stay at this hotel. The service was excellent. All the staff and amenities were wonderful. I stayed here with a friend for 4 nights this week and just returned home in Canada last time. All the employees we encountered from front desk, amazing spa & gym to the breakfast restaurant were helpful and friendly. The breakfast buffet was the BEST I’ve ever seen and i travel a lot all over the world both business and pleasure. Our Hammam spa experience in the hotel was amazing! I highly recommend any treatments at the spa. I used the pool & gym as well and everything was so clean & perfect. I would love to return anytime 🌟 A special mention to Gorek who served me everyday at breakfast, Ergun from the spa and 2 lovely ladies who gave us the wonderful Hammam experience and a nice lady from the front desk which I forgot her name-all wonderful Dora ( Canada 🇨🇦)

In Istanbul for 3 weeks for business I booked first for a week to be able to change if it was not as per my expectation. I finally booked it for 2 extra weeks. Hotel is very convenient. Excellent breakfast, staff very helpfull, fitness as part of the best I got in hotel. Really nothing bad to say.
