This is my 6th or 7th stay at Fairmont Quasar and we will gladly revisit again in the future. Service and Cleanliness of the hotel is superb. During our 3 days stay restaurant manager Tanju, Burcu hostes and Emre waiter have been amazing. At our last breakfast they have organised a birthday surprise for my sister. We thank Tanju, Burcu and Emre a lot for their service and warm hospitality.

I had an outstanding experience thanks to Irem's exceptional service at Fairmont Quasar Istanbul. She was incredibly professional, attentive, and always went the extra mile to ensure everything was perfect. Her friendly attitude and attention to detail truly made my stay memorable. Excellent rooms and amazing breakfast are definitely a winning combination for a memorable stay. Great location, very clean and amazing atmosphere Definitely will stay again

The room was new, clean with a contemporary design and very functional. The concierge service was great! Look up Ilayda, she’s helpful, will go the extra mile and is a pleasure to communicate with. Overall service was friendly, warm and very professional.

This review is for the breakfast buffet. It is absolutely delicious and plentiful. The best part is the service. Onur and Tanju took such good care of us making sure we always had fresh silverware and that our juices , coffees and water glasses were never empty. Tanju also went out of his way to recommend hot items from the kitchen for us to try. We feels so taken care of and pampered!

Tanju, the restaurant manager, was very kind and generous. The rest of the staff were also very kind and helpful. Tanju spent a bit of time chatting about family and friends and we formed a good friendship. On our last day, Tanju and Ramazan made a special effort to serve tea and bid us farewell. The rooms were very clean and comfortable and very modern. From our room, we had a fantastic panoramic view of Istanbul. The hotel is close to many amenities and easily accessible to metro railway.
