We are deeply DISAPPOINTED from this hotel. They don’t care about COVID 19 restrictions. They don’t care about guests request. Even they did not answer phones. ACCOR LOYALTY program doesn’t work in this hotel.

Mr. Kiper; your membership benefits were fully offered upon your arrival and departure but it is sad to know that they were not satisfactory. At Fairmont Quasar Hotel Istanbul; we follow both the recommendations of the local authorities regarding the Covid 19 and also the regulations of the ALLSafe Program closely. Please accept my sincere apologies for the inconveniences and delays in service during your stay.
