We are deeply DISAPPOINTED from this hotel. They don’t care about COVID 19 restrictions. They don’t care about guests request. Even they did not answer phones. ACCOR LOYALTY program doesn’t work in this hotel.

Dear Mr. Kiper; Thank you very much for taking the time to share your recent Fairmont Quasar Istanbul experience with us. I am sorry to read that your stay was not up to your expectations. Mr. Kiper; your membership benefits were fully offered upon your arrival and departure but it is sad to know that they were not satisfactory. At Fairmont Quasar Hotel Istanbul; we follow both the recommendations of the local authorities regarding the Covid 19 and also the regulations of the ALLSafe Program closely. Please accept my sincere apologies for the inconveniences and delays in service during your stay. I assure you, all your raised concerns were circulated to the management team for improvement and immediate action.
