The overall experience was average. We had to change room as it was not cleaned properly when entering. Also the had to call the help desk 2-3 times for basic things like water, dental kit etc. For us vegetarians the breakfast also had very limited options for which we paid a lot of money. Lastly, the location of the hotel was also far from the main attractions, there i wouldn’t recommend as similar luxury hotels with same pricing were at better locations near to Boshphorus.

After a few issues at the beginning of our stay. The team at Fairmont went above and beyond to help make it right and make our trip a memorable experience. I would like to thank Derya, Seven and Ethem for everything they have done for us during our stay. I cannot thank them enough for jumping in when they did to make our experience better and to resolve all of our issues at the start of our stay. This my fifth stay at Fairmont Istanbul and would definitely come back again!

We really enjoyed our stay at the Fairmont Quasar Hotel. The staff were very well-trained and polite. Especially Ms. Badegül also did an excellent and very clean job as a housekeeper.

Very pleasant stay. Rooms are great and service from staff is excellent. Special mention to Baran, who was so attentive to us every morning during breakfast.
