We spent New Year’s Eve at Swissotel Istanbul with my husband and four close friends, and the experience was truly exceptional from start to finish. The level of service, care, and attention to detail exceeded all our expectations. I would especially like to thank the hotel manager for the outstanding organization and professionalism, as well as Mr. Berkay at the front desk, who was incredibly kind, attentive, and helpful throughout our stay. Every interaction made us feel genuinely welcomed and well taken care of. The atmosphere, service quality, and overall experience made our New Year’s celebration unforgettable. We will definitely return and highly recommend Swissotel Istanbul to anyone looking for excellence in hospitality.

Excellent hotel, facilities are excellent. Great professional staff at the door, reception desk, concierge and in the restaurants. The staff in the lounge area require training in hospitality, they carry an air of arrogance, they are not attentive or welcoming and appeared to do everything reluctantly. Whether trying to place an order or pay. Shame for such shortcoming tarnish an excellent hotel!

Everything was perfect. The view was breathtaking, the service is amazing and the food was delicious. Chef Mehmet Efir made the best breakfast
