My daughter and I recently stayed at Adagio Amsterdam City South. We stayed in a very comfortable Suite overlooking the water, enjoyed comfortable beds and great breakfast, and always during our stay encountered a very nice and helpful staff (especially Diana from reservations and Oksana from breakfasts). Thank you for a wonderful experience.

Feels more like full service hotel than Apartment

Spent the week end with my wife at a conference of an NGO that I belong to. The Adagio was the perfect choice. The hotel is very conveniently located between the airport and just a short ride to the city. The rooms are furnished with a variety of amenities to make your stay as comfortable as possible. We stayed in premium suite which was very spacious and included a kitchen and separate seating area. The staff was very helpful and accommodating all of our needs. I would like to single out Rosa who helped us with our dietary needs as well directing us to some of the local attractions. The price was very reasonable, reflecting a high end apartment hotel in the suburbs. Would definitely recommend for a budget stay or if you need to be in a Jewish area.

Made a booking via booking.com and I opted for free cancellation and pay at the property. When I added an extra day, they changed my booking to non refundable and refuses to cancel the reservation now (even though the original email states I have free cancellation til 23 March 2023) Appallling customer service - don’t book this place !

Luxurious Experience

To be honest, this was one of the most luxurious and neatest hotels I've ever been to. I stayed for just a few days but the staff were very kind, and the rooms look very lush. I will 100% be coming here for every stay in Amsterdam. 10/10!!!!
