Everything was absolutely perfect. The breakfast is incredible. Ms Lale and Mr Nuri were incredibly helpful in making sure we know our way around Istanbul. The location is the best you can ask for!

I recently enjoyed a truly marvelous stay at Rixos Pera Istanbul, and from start to finish it exceeded every expectation. The hotel itself is stunning, but what truly sets it apart is the exceptional staff who turn every moment into a memorable experience. A very special thank you to Lale from Guest Relations, whose warmth, professionalism, and genuine care made me feel incredibly welcome. She went above and beyond to ensure everything was perfect. At the Front Office, Elmira was outstanding—friendly, attentive, and always ready to assist with a smile. I’m also grateful to Nuri, Özgür, and Horla, each of whom provided impeccable support and made my stay even more comfortable. I was delighted to receive a complimentary upgrade, and the room was beautiful, spacious, and impeccably maintained. The breakfast was exceptional—delicious, fresh, and with plenty of variety to start the day right. The concierge services were another highlight. Every request was handled smoothly and efficiently, and the team’s recommendations helped make my time in Istanbul even more enjoyable.

The location is perfect. 2 min walk from Taksim street, near bus station and the breakfast has a really good view of the city.

Our experience in this hotel was very lovely, the staff was always very friendly and accommodating. The rooms are very cozy and the hotel’s location is very convenient with a beautiful view of the city. Breakfast too is fantastic and the servers were always checking in (lela was very lovely and helpful). Overall great experience, would definitely recommend!

Staff are so friendly specially Lale. Hotel is very good and near to Taksim. Clean, well decorated during Christmas. We will come back again!
