Dear Tatiana Gorea, Thank you for sharing your feedback regarding your recent stay at Rixos Pera Istanbul. We truly regret to hear that your experience did not meet your expectations. At Rixos, we always strive to deliver a high level of service, and your comments are important for us to continuously improve. We would like to clarify a few points: Rixos Pera Istanbul operates as a city hotel, offering room-only and bed & breakfast concepts. Unlike our resort properties, which follow an all-inclusive luxury model, city hotels are typically evaluated not by complimentary amenities, but rather through service quality and the overall guest. Regarding the in-room coffee capsules: as per international 5-star standards, we provide complimentary Nescafé, coffee matte and tea daily in the room. The Nespresso capsules, however, are a paid service, clearly labeled with pricing information and visuals placed next to the machine for transparency. As for our breakfast: we offer a rich open buffet that includes a wide selection of local and international items — such as smoked salmon, various cheeses, olives, fresh pastries, hot dishes, seasonal fruits, and more. Sparkling wine is available upon request for an additional charge, unlike all-inclusive hotels where it is offered free of charge; we regret the delay you experienced and have shared your comment with the team to avoid future recurrence. We would also like to better understand your concern regarding the breakfast selection. If there was a specific item you were expecting and could not find, we would be more than happy to take your feedback into account. At Rixos Pera, we believe true luxury lies not only in physical amenities, but also in personalized service and authentic guest care.
