We had a great time at Rixos Pera. Great location and an amazing hotel. The rooms were lovely and the staff made our time here even better! Firat was a great help with everything, from check in to guiding us on the best places to eat or party - he was always available to help us out. Will surely come back and stay here again!

We stayed at Rixos Pera in Istanbul in Dec , the rooms allocated were spacious and clean , breakfast was mix of continental & Turkish and lot of variety . Staff & Service was good . The hotel is walking distance to 20 min to Galata Tower and Taksim square ( you can use the red tram) . Lot of restaurants and eateries around , There is a Corner Irish Pub - 2 min walking distance from Rixos. We walked to the Asian side and did most of the sightseeing walking . As most hotels on this side are on a hill it’s a good walk up and down :) 3 days in Istanbul.

Rixos hotel is fantastic. The staff is very knowledgeable about the local. Totally worthwhile and enjoyable stay. The supervisor Elmira was brilliant in handling guest. The location is central and convenient for exploring Istanbul. The cleaning and hospitality team is exceptional.

The check-in was handled properly by an egotistical gentleman, but everything got worse after the stay began. The food was stale and unnecessary—you wouldn’t miss it if you skipped it.The woman in the spa area doesn’t know how to communicate; when I asked a question, she just smiled. I asked for the opening hours, and she only said “okay.”
