Dear Maria, Thank you for taking the time to share your experience, and for your continued loyalty over the years — especially with such a long stay of 18 nights. Returning guests like yourself have a strong sense of how things should feel, so when something changes, it’s completely understandable that it stands out. It’s good to hear that you’ve had positive stays with us in the past, which makes it all the more disappointing that this visit didn’t feel at the same level. Your comments around breakfast and general presentation have been noted, particularly around variety and consistency, as these are important parts of the daily experience — especially on a longer stay. Regarding housekeeping, we completely understand how frustrating it must have been to return to your room in the evening and find it hadn’t been serviced. Just to clarify, our housekeeping team operates during the day and into the evening, with service running up until around 10pm, which is already later than many hotels. After this time, the team is no longer on shift, which is why servicing cannot take place overnight. That said, rooms should still be cleaned and refreshed earlier in the day, and your experience highlights that this did not happen consistently during your stay. Your comments around dust and the condition of the shower have also been taken on board. These are details that should never be overlooked, and especially over an extended stay, the room should feel consistently well maintained. It’s clear from your feedback that this stay felt different from your previous visits, and that’s important to recognize. Guests who return regularly do so because they trust the experience, and when that consistency isn’t there, it naturally raises questions.
