Really lovely hotel, staff so friendly & helpful. Room was lovely, given an upgrade as we were celebrating our wedding anniversary & beautiful towel art & rose petals on the bed. Minor grumble hot buffet breakfast wasn’t very hot, but a good selection of food. Would definitely come back & would recommend to others. Lovely pool, didn’t use the gym but looked well equipped. Train station next door so good transport links, didn’t hear any train noise which is always good!

Good modern hotel but the pool and particularly the sauna was not warm enough. Bizarre sinks with no plugs. Reception staff very helpful with the Euro game we wanted to watch. Breakfast was very average. Extra characters to meet the min needed.

Stayed here one night whilst visiting the university . Very clean and rooms were comfortable . Breakfast was great , not too busy and a good range of food . Would recommend. Very handy for the station . less than 10 minutes into central of Cambridge.

Great hotel. We stayed at the Novotel for 2 nights and was very pleased! The hotel is super clean with great facilities. We stayed in a family room which had a king size bed and a double sofa bed, the room is a great size with a 60inch tv on the wall. Rooms are very modern with tea and coffee making facilities, as well as a fridge. There is an ironing board and iron in the room and plenty of wardrobe space. There is a rainfall shower with great pressure. The swimming pool is lovely and very refreshing, there is also a sauna and a gym with towels supplied. The bar and restaurant area is very clean and welcoming and the food was delicious with a great choice of dishes to choose from. Breakfast was included in our stay and was also very tasty. The location of the hotel is a bit strange but worked well for us, it is next to Cambridge north station which has direct links to central London as well as Cambridge city centre. The hotel does share a car park with the station and for that reason you do have to pay for parking but was reasonable we payed £13 for 2 days. One thing that really stood out for us was the kindness and helpfulness of all the staff and we would like to thank them for this. We will definitely be returning to explore Cambridge soon! ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️

1 night stay for a couple with 2 dogs. Hotel location is a bit strange - basically there’s very little apart from the station, a co-op and a large car park (£12.50 a night) New hotel - comfy rooms and a very nice swimming pool is an added bonus. Breakfast is fine - plenty of variety and decent coffee (juices are a let down though). Issues: No information on the hotel in the room or on the tv and the qr code we were given didn’t work. When I rang the numbers on the key card or website they didn’t work and the reception staff (when I spoke to them) weren’t interested. Pool is nice but you need a special card for it - we wasted 10 minutes wandering around the hotel trying to sort this out. Would be good if this were made clear. USB ports by the bed are a good idea but didn’t work and felt as thought they were falling apart.

Our hotel is conveniently situated just off the A14, near Cambridge North Train Station and a bus stop with a direct line to the city center, which is only a 15-minute journey away. Please note that the car park located outside the hotel requires separate payment from your accommodation, with a daily rate of £8.50 on weekdays and £4.20 on weekends. As a new establishment, the surrounding area is still under development, but there are a few convenience stores and pubs within a 10-minute walk from the hotel. We are thrilled to hear that our breakfast selection of continental and cooked full English items met your expectations. Regarding juices, we are currently working on improving our setup to reduce congestion and provide a wider variety with more controlled portions. We apologize for the technical issues with the platform accessed from your room via a QR code provided at check-in. Our reception team is available 24/7 to answer any questions you may have in person or via WhatsApp. I'm delighted that you had the opportunity to use our facilities during your stay. Our swimming pool and gym are included with your room and can be accessed from 6 AM until 10 PM, following completion of a medical form and collection of an access key from reception.
