Celebrated a family birthday dinner at the restaurant Pastore last week at Hotel Chadstone. The staff were great and attentive. Service was quick and non intrusive. Thanks for making the Birthday experience a truly memorable experience

Lovely impromptu stay at the Chadstone Hotel. Room was spacious and clean. Given it was a blustery winter night it would have been nice to have a bath in our room. Our children loved the Mario Kart set up in the evening and swimming in the pool. Breakfast was superb. Next time I will visit the day spa for sure!

A nice modern hotel with spacious rooms and a large bath. The pool was warm, the buffet breakfast was a fairly high standard and the check in/out process was efficient. The hotel is situated in a great location if you like shopping with the staff pleasant to deal with.

We went to Melbourne for a weekend to visit family and thought we'd have a night here for a change as we love shopping at Chadstone. What a find... The room was very comfortable with gold fittings, a nice big TV and really comfortable bed. We went shopping at Chadstone in the late afternoon/early evening - it's conveniently connected to the hotel by some escalators and a short walkway - then came back for a nice relaxing spa before bed. Very nice! Parking was great and reasonably priced.

We stayed for one night with our family (including 2 children). Hotel room was great, clean and comfortable. Ideal location with a small walk down the escalator to chadstone to enjoy the family fun and restaurants. Kids loved the pool. Buffet breakfast could be improved slightly with offerings and warmer food (pancakes) Overall it’s was great !
