Dear customer, Thank you for your detailed feedback, although we are of course sorry to hear that your stay with us did not meet your expectations. At Ibis Styles Bron, our goal is to offer a pleasant and warm experience to all the families who visit us, and your comments are valuable to help us improve. We understand that the location of some of our rooms may seem remote after a long journey. We have taken note of this observation and will consider solutions to facilitate the comfort of our customers, especially for families with a lot of luggage. As for our decoration, we have opted for a playful and retro theme, with elements of games and old machines to create a unique and relaxed atmosphere. We understand that this style may not please everyone, but we do our best to offer an original and friendly setting. Finally, your comments on the room and the reception service are taken very seriously. Please be assured that we will carefully check the condition of the room and review the reception points with our team so that our visitors are received in an atmosphere as warm as attentive.
