Dear, We thank you for taking the time to share your opinion. While we would have preferred your experience to be more enjoyable, your feedback and impressions are very important to us as they help us improve our services on a daily basis. The satisfaction of our customers is our priority, but apparently we did not succeed this time. For your information, being a small 2 * hotel, we never got a shuttle. It is amazing that a member of my team could tell you the opposite. Regarding the conversation you had with my colleague, she understood your request for breakfast very well and she explained perfectly that it should be booked the day before especially for a group of 8 people. This morning we had a group of 120 people already booked and we could not meet your request. If you give us the opportunity to regain your trust, we will be happy to offer you the best that our customers enjoy every day. Please accept, Madam, Sir, our best regards.
