Pas digne d’être appelé « hôtel » et punaises de lit !

Atroce. On sait que les hôtels formule 1 sont des hôtels « de base » mais alors là… ça ne devrait même pas être appelé un hôtel. Le quartier fait vraiment malfamé le soir, mais ça je le savais avant d’y aller. En revanche, les SdF qui tournent autour de l’hôtel voir sonnent et rentrent dans le hall : ça ne m’a pas rassurée, et encore moins les personnes alcoolisées croisées dans les couloirs. Je passe le Check in catastrophique en résumant simplement que je doute de la bienveillance de certains personnels qu’il faut pratiquement supplier pour avoir ce pour quoi on à payer. Ensuite, l’odeur dans le couloir. Là encore atroce. Impossible de respirer, j’étais obligée de me mettre l’écharpe avec du parfum devant le nez pour traverser le couloir (qui est long!). Il s’agissait d’une forte odeur de canalisation qui par moment se mélangeait à une très forte odeur de cannabis. La chambre en apparence était correcte. J’avais une chambre PMR en raison de mon état de santé, la salle de bain était grande mais très froide et sans chauffage… pour Lyon au mois de février, je vous laisse imaginer. Le ménage est fait un jour sur deux. Et le pire, ce sont les punaises de lit. En rentrant de mon séjour, le jour même, je me suis rendue compte que j’avais des marques rouges en ligne qui démangeaient énormément. Verdict sans appel du médecin ce sont des marques de punaises de lit. J’ai contacté l’établissement qui n’a pas répondu à mon mail… et j’ai rempli un formulaire de contacté l’établissement sur le site d’accord pour une réclamation… et toujours pas de réponse après plus de 15 jours. Bref, c’était long mais tout ça pour vous conseiller de ne jamais aller la bas.

Très bonne ambiance dans ce petit F1 !

Contrairement à tous les autres commentaires, excellente expérience dans cet hôtel. J'avais réservé pour dormir deux nuits non loin de Lyon à pas trop cher.. Accessible en tram, avec un parking m'ayant permis de laisser mon véhicule et de me balader dans Lyon en transports en commun... Certes, c'est un F1, donc ne vous attendez pas à un petit déjeuner caviar au lit et à une vue imprenable pour Lyon.. En revanche, personnel super agréable et à l'écoute, dynamique et jeune. On sent la bonne ambiance dans l'équipe. Je n'hésiterai pas si je repasse par Lyon !

Awful area, drove into the car park and straight out again! I think this is possibly where migrants are being housed....I'm sure my partner and I would have woken up minus our teeth and with our car on bricks. AVOID. I have stayed in a few F1's before and never had a problem so didn't even think to check Tripadvisor. Won't be making that mistake again!!

We often stay at F1 hotels to break a long journey but this one seemed to be being used as b&b accommodation for homeless people/asylum seekers. Kids running wild. The staff were pleasant in the middle of it all but it was not an enjoyable stay.

Whatever you do don't go here

This is not a hotel but a hostel the first thing you notice is a foul smell which pervades the whole building. I checked in online so this was confirmed and we were handed a code for our door, along with a small hand towel. in the room there was no carpet the window and radiator in disrepair and harsh strip lighting. The room was nearby the toilets and showers but suffice to say I wouldn't even entertain a shower or sitting on the toilet. All night it seemed that Tobacco smoke was being funneled through the air conditioning and I was constantly awoken with the noise of people walking past and talking at reception. I couldn't wait to get out and the only saving grace was that the tram station was about 150 yards away. How they had the audacity to charge about €90 is beyond me. it's quite a bit out of the centre. Look elsewhere. All in all thoroughly disappointed...
