not welcome for family with lounge access

The hotel and rooms are marvelous BUT negative for family when you have kids and no access to the Lounge at the 32nd floor. I always stay in sofitel and this is the only one who donnot permit to family to come with kids, i can understand for the happy hours the evening but during day this cannot be understood...... perhaps the manager is not kind to kids !

It was an excellent stay in all respects. The hotel is very, very classy, especially the Opera Suite, and the staff are all friendly and ready to help immediately , Of course, I will repeat the promotion in all their hotels in the world, not Seoul

I had the pleasure of spending 6 exquisite nights at the Sofitel Seoul, and I feel compelled to share my experience. The hotel is perfectly situated, with convenient access to the metro and nestled near a vibrant neighborhood, making exploration effortless. The rooms are splendid, impeccably clean, and exceptionally well-appointed. The staff is remarkably attentive, and the level of service rivals that of a Parisian palace. A special acknowledgment is due to Julien, a French gentleman who works at the hotel, whose presence was transformative for my stay. His invaluable advice and the delightful moments shared with him elevated my journey to an extraordinary level. He significantly enhanced my overall experience. I extend my deepest gratitude to Julien and the entire staff of the Sofitel Seoul for an unforgettable stay. I highly recommend this hotel and eagerly anticipate my next visit!

酒店大堂負責開門的職員及Concierge職員全部都友善有禮貌，會主動提供協助，幫忙電召的士，下雨天會主動提供雨傘借用，扶行動不便的老人家上車，十分關心住客需要，服務態度十分之好！謝謝！ 酒店房間內浴室花灑出水很慢而且有冷忽熱問題。 Front Desk負責check-in及check-out的職員態度一般，比較冷漠。 FAIT MAISON 餐廳職員大部份服務態度良好，但是我見到其中一位比較高級的女職員Stella Won對待其他客人態度差，在我住宿期間每天去食早餐時，多次見到佢對部份客人態度極差！試過問客人需要什麼飲品，但可能客人不明白她說什麼，沒有回應她而直接出去取食品，她喺客人後面發脾氣，表情極之不滿，作為餐廳服務人員，在任何情況下都唔應該這樣態度對任何顧客，敬希改善！

It is truly a luxury hotel with a touch of class. Guest Relations Officer Sophia drew a very nice welcome on the room mirror. It is a thoughtful piece with landmark buildings in the city that I came from. First time I had such a warm welcome in any hotel. Another Guest Relations Officer Jisoo was super patient and genuinely hospitable. As I dont speak Korean and needed transportation to attend a wedding the following morning and then to the airport, she researched all options and cost. After my numerous deliberation and consideration, she finalized everything after her work hours. She has a great EQ and was clearly willing to go the extra smile with a big smile. And the driver turned up at exactly the spot she described to pick me up. No hiccup at all. Finally kudos to Joohang at the Executive Floor lounge. He was so caring to make sure all my needs were attended to. It was truly a stay to remember and a hotel I want to go back to.
