The staff are all nice and especially big thanks to the concierge team with their help since we arrived and even for the last minute we were leaving to the airport! Pearly, Berenice, Jinhui, Anamol are so helpful for the tourist information! The delivery robot is also amazing! The dinner buffet was also great with many different dishes!

The hotel is excellent for business. Breakfast, restaurant, bar, fitness, location, taxi service, luggage room managemnt, shuttle to airoport, everything very efficient,.what a businessman needs. A particular compliment to Ms Berenice and her team at the concierge, she is fantastic and able to find always a solution to any issue. Congratulations to her for the job high performance and the nice and clients friendly manners. Brava e bella Berenice!

The staff at Novotel Ambassador are very polite and courteous and professional. They were very helpful especially Pearly from the Concierge. The room is nice and comfortable. The housekeeping was very meticulous and clean. Will definitely come back to stay again. Thanks!

Overprized hotel with worst service

I am currently still staying at the Novotel, I couldn't change unfortunately. Paid an extreme amount of money for a 2-week stay for business. The check-in was already weird as they wanted the whole sum upfront, 5,000 EUR. Never mentioned anywhere before. We booked executive floor rooms to have access to the lounge, but let me tell you, for a premium of 100 EUR per night and person, it is not worth it. The Air conditioning makes a weird loud noise, the repairman is not able to fix it, so working in the is difficult. They only serve food during a happy hour between 5 and 7pm. 7pm!!!!! Our meetings end at 7pm. In JW Marriott the lounge opens much longer. So we can't eat there after our meeting marathon. So we brought food ourselves, which of course was not allowed. I mean, come on!!! Another waste of money. One morning it was raining, and the hotel does NOT provide umbrellas. I mean, we are paying 20K euros in total, and not an umbrella in a city where it rains rather often?? The whole hotel is outdated, and smells, because there is carpet anywhere. The service level is not worth 5 stars. Overprized and underdelivering. Not what you want or expect. Will stay at JW again next time.

In regard to our payment procedure, we require a deposit equivalent to room fees upon check-in, in line with common industry standards. We acknowledge that this policy may not have been clearly communicated on third-party websites and will verify the posted terms. Please allow us to apologize for any confusion it may have caused. We also apologize for any inconvenience related to our Happy Hour opening hours. These hours align with the typical dining time in Korea. To accommodate your schedule, our Lounge Manager made an exception and allowed you to bring outside food into our Lounge. Please understand that this is not a standard practice due to sanitary concerns. Regarding the umbrellas, we do provide them to guests, but high demand on this particular rainy day have temporarily limited their availability. Our concierge kindly offered you his own umbrella as a temporary solution. Please rest assured that we are in the process of ordering additional umbrellas to prevent such situations in the future. We sincerely apologize for the inconveniences you experienced, and we value your feedback as it will assist us in enhancing our service. We hope the remainder of your stay will be more satisfying, and our staff is always available to assist you with any needs. Excellent hotel, very clean and the staff are very helpful and kind. It is just what one needs. Close to Gangnam center. Daniel, Pearly, and Benny are exceptional and so efficient and kind. I will definitely choose to go there again!!
