Novotel Gangnam's all staffs were very kind and professional. I was very impressed when I checked in with Jeanny(Jenny, Jiny, 지니). She was one of the best hotel professionals I ever met in my life. Room was very good. I could see the beautiful night city from 15th floor. Breakfast also was very good.

From the confirmation of my reservation to the warm welcome at the lobby, every part of my stay, from check-in to check-out, was smooth and comfortable. Thanks to the hotel’s considerate hospitality, I enjoyed a pleasant and restful Chuseok holiday in Gangnam, Seoul. This is the best place to stay, its amazing, the staff is literally the best staff i have ever met in a hotel. And i travelled alot. They are so kind, so welcoming, and the rooms are amazing, aswell as the location! Aron and Violet and aron are the best staff there!!!!

Nice location.hotel is comfortable. Posh area to walk on Gangam street.close to markets.Gangam square is picture perfect.
