We are delighted to hear that you found our location convenient and that our front desk and service staff left you with a positive impression through their friendly hospitality. However, we sincerely apologize for the inconvenience and disappointment caused by the housekeeping service during your stay. We are especially concerned to learn that the room cleaning did not meet your expectations and that visible trash was not properly removed on one occasion. Please accept our sincere apologies for the lack of attention to detail you experienced.
