交通非常便利,服务生以及前台人员态度都很好。唯一有遗憾的是清洁服务,针对房间的清洁不太细致,特别其中有一天很明显清洁的比较敷衍,很明显的垃圾没有及时处理和收走,包括可以看到在显眼处的湿纸巾碎片,以及地上的塑料透明膜等等都没有扔掉。

We are especially concerned to learn that the room cleaning did not meet your expectations and that visible trash was not properly removed on one occasion. 我们这次是经首尔去夏威夷因为同行一位老人健康问题,通过携程个人向酒店提出过取消订单或者延期入住的请求,并且可以附上医院证明,以及全部行程更改预订的证明,知道酒店不能取消的政策,但是特殊情况向酒店提出申请,如果没有特殊原因我们不会整个行程全部重新预订,都没有得到酒店人道主义关怀和理解,你们发邮件满意度调查体验如何,我只能说酒店管理上能不能人性化一些,我们出游频繁从没有出现这种特殊情况,并不是恶意取消,对酒店的处理态度非常失望

隔音效果非常不好,入住的两晚外面声音很大,就走廊上关门的声音都很响。
