We are pleased to know that you enjoyed our convenient location, comfortable atmosphere, and the overall cleanliness of your room. We also sincerely appreciate your continued support as an ALL Classic member. At the same time, we regret that your experience did not fully meet your expectations. We understand your suggestion regarding communication for guests who have not yet arrived after midnight. Your recommendation to proactively contact guests by phone or email and provide more personalized service, such as a welcome message, is greatly appreciated.
