We were a huge group of 9 and concierge on level 1 kindly helped us with our bags with beautiful smiles and friendly faces. Checkin on level 20 also was so lovely and friendly. Good stay and I enjoyed the efficient layout of the rooms, the appliances provided and the lovely housekeeping. Good job guys and please keep up the good work.

Despite being regular Accor client, having my room 30mn before my meeting was a challenge. I rind this not acceptable. Bed sheets had stains, when leaving the bar bill was not easy to sort so. surely not a 5* standard.

I had a wonderful stay here. The room was very clean and comfortable. A lot of nearby restaurants too. The concierge staffs were incredibly kind and accommodating! They addressed all my concerns and answered my questions promptly. Overall, highly recommended

Our stay at Novotel Ambassador Dongdaemun Seoul was excellent. The concierge staff were incredibly kind and helpful, assisting us with our baggage and ensuring we had everything we needed. The rooms were cleaned thoroughly every day, making our stay even more comfortable! Will definitely book here again once we go back to Korea!
