This hotel is not good as used to be. Things look old and bad maintained. Problems with water, air conditioning, room service, television not good, curtains old with holes, smell inside of the room and hotel, elevators not working as they should be, price is too high and it is better to get airbrb then this hotel, food quality and variety bad, coffee machines not working during breakfast time, not fast check in, front desk not answering phone calls, towels not soft anymore, not iron in the room, not food machines, not ice machines, etc

From the 5 nights I stayed 2 days I arrived to my room and it wasn't done/clean, and even one day the toilet lid was broken. I had to ask in reception to be repaired and after 20 min waiting I had to call again. My conditioner was empty when I got to the room, asked twice to be filled. The receptionists don't speak Spanish and their English was too basic. Room was old dated and there was moldiness in the bathroom. Corridors need painting, all marked by cleaning cart, even elevators are all dented. Too expensive because of the Interlagos GP (Formula 1) but not worth the money. NOT A 4 STARTS Hotel AT ALL!!!

It was a good experience, staff was friendly at all times, and the room was perfect for me, no big sounds in the streets or other rooms, so I got a good stay. The only downside is that, last day I stay I found my room un-clean, meaning they skip my room cleaning. And the other downside is that there are some zones in the room that needs special care and cleaning like the bathroom on the shower it has moho.
