Just returned from a wonderful one week stay. The hotel was perfectly situated, the room was kept spotless and some staff made our stay special, Eliza was warm and caring, went the extra mile when it came to service, Malgorzata who served us on the first night, gave us a wonderful first impression of the hotel. We hope to return very soon. Thank you all.

The Bridge was a stop-off in our drive from Berlin to Krakow. First impressions of Wrocław were not positive, but we got to the hotel hot and bothered( it was 32 degrees) and arrived into a calm oasis. The hotel is very modern - all bare steel and polished concrete. The room was very spacious with a super king size canopied bed. An excellent shower in a huge bathroom, and a view over the rooftops to the river. It is right next to the cathedral and the beautifully preserved old town - really lovely and a complete contrast to what else we saw of Wrocław. We didn’t dine at the hotel as the restaurant was pretty full with what appeared to BR members of a business conference. We did have breakfast there which was superb - a huge selection in the buffet and the ability to order specific freshly cooked items. The staff were, without exception, very friendly, polished and efficient. I would have liked to have stayed longer.

Like the hotel for its localization, great spa with the best view in Wroclaw, friendly staff and interesting design. However, this time I got typical allergic reaction for the air freshener that is in the main lobby and restaurant. It’s so strong and dominant. On the first day, the extra room was opened for a breakfast too late - too many people, so many empty dishes, slow service only because small numbers of workers at the kitchen. Having 270 breakfast you need more staff not a single girl. It is strange to serve in such hotel such tasteless breadstuff, including both rolls, baguettes and most of bread. None was fresh, warm and crispy. Moreover, in room 427 there is a problem to open the safty box - the panel doesn’t works properly. The very friendly service man opened it for me but after he left the problem came back this way found the solution by myself - beside waited almost two hours for his visit because he starts at 11 am - thx God I didn’t go to the airport on that day.

The room is very nice, comfortable and very quiet. The hotel is very attractive. The breakfast was pretty good, not great, but expensive if it is not included. Most of the staff were charmless and cold. They seemed bothered if you ask a little question. I am sorry they are so unhappy. The breakfast staff were unpleasant.

Our second stay at The Bridge was again a wonderful experience. The location is perfect with a quiet garden but walking distance from the center. The rooms are very modern with a nice view. Top breakfast and great bar and restaurant with excellent food and drinks. What really makes this jewel of the MGallery collection so special is the professional and emphatic staff, from reception to the bar and restaurant! A big thank you to the whole team and looking forward to our next stay.
