We’re glad you enjoyed the water dispensers and found the room clean. At the same time, we regret that some aspects of your stay, such as the bed comfort and bathroom step, affected your experience. Ratings seem skewed towards Novotel as the Ibis is a 2-star hotel for good reason being dated, no AC and poor breakfast.

Hotel ibis and hotel Novotel, although located within the same building complex, are two separate hotels with distinct standards and offerings. Novotel operates as a 4-star hotel, while ibis is a 3-star property, which naturally results in differences in room equipment, breakfast variety, and overall service level. Guests staying at ibis do have the option to purchase breakfast at Novotel, and subject to availability, it is also possible to upgrade to a Novotel room by paying the daily rate difference. We’re sorry if this was not clearly communicated during your stay. Regarding the air conditioning and room conditions — we sincerely apologize for the inconvenience. We would be happy to investigate the issue further, but unfortunately, we are unable to identify the exact room or dates of your stay based on the review alone.
