I recently stayed at Ibis Styles in Wrocław and was disappointed by several aspects of my visit. Upon arrival, the receptionist was noticeably unfriendly, which set a poor tone for the stay. We had booked two rooms under the same reservation, yet they were allocated on different floors. Both rooms were located next to the housekeeping storage area, where staff gathered with their trolleys. From early morning, we were woken up by loud conversations and noise from cleaning activities. On a positive note, breakfast was delicious and the rooms were otherwise quiet during the day. However, the lack of attention to guest comfort and the unfriendly reception experience left a negative impression overall

Dear Guest, Once again, as I have written to you in previous communication, I would like to express my gratidue for your nice words about the breakfast, our rooms, and for taking the time to share your opinion about your stay. We always strive to provide superior experience, therefore your feedback is very important to us. Our receptionist shortly after welcoming you in our hotel and checking you in has informed you, that unfortunately this time we were unable to accommodate you in the rooms next to each other due to high occupancy. Our team is working hard to always deliver excellent service to our Guests, unfortunately some of the requests (like high floor/rooms close to each other) depends from availability at the day of the arrival, which is the reason why your rooms were not assigned accordingly with your preferences. I am really sorry, that this information resulted in taking behavior of our receptionist as unfriendly; I would like to assure you, that we always prioritize comfort of our Guests and are trying to create welcoming atmosphere - I will review this case together with the whole team to discuss, how to correctly communicate so our intentions will leave no doubts. Once again, thank you for your time; I hope we will have the opportunity to welcome you back in our hotel ad prove, why so many Guests are regularly coming back to our hotel. Well this was a pretty good experience. I went for the football and had booked a year ahead, though I only had to pay on arrival. I had a large comfortable room because I was on the corner of the building, though it was a triangular shape. Although it faces the area outside the station being on the 5th floor it was quiet. Breakfast buffet was decent.

stayed two nights. Nice clean room. Good sized room, bathroom was big enough. The bathroom was a little dark. The shower pressure is ok though the anti-scald valve doesn't work very well. it would suddenly get very hot sometimes. The room had floor to ceiling windows so it was very bright. Lighting at night was OK. The bed wasn't that comfortable, the mattress did not seem flat. Desk area was very narrow but was sufficient. There was a small TV. There was a large circular table as well. Breakfast was included and had a good selection. Another note, make sure the room door shuts completely, mine never latched unless you pulled on it. Location is great right across from the train station. The bus to/from airport picks up right in front. Within walking distance to old town or you could take a bus/tram.

We stayed at Ibis Styles Wroclaw for two nights in April 2025. It is directly across the street from the train station, so pretty convenient. It is a 10 min tram ride or 20+ min walk to the old town square. Close by, you will find a number of quick serve restaurants, shops and convenience stores, as well as a large grocery store. The hotel was clean and in good repair. There is an onsite restaurant that has a small but decent menu. The hotel had some bright colors and some odd decor choices, but they were fine - just not my style. There was no fridge in the room, which was ok. The bed itself was very hard - and this was going to be my big reason for only giving an "Average" rating - but, I honestly got two nights of good sleep. The breakfast buffet was very large and had a huge array of options. I honestly, can't really find fault with the hotel and would say it is a solid, safe choice. If I needed to be near the train station, you won't find one closer.

Our mattresses also follows standards made by our hotel chain; we are really sorry, that it has not met your expectations. Good hotel in excellent location (opposite the Central Railway Station). The breakfast was great considering it is 3* hotel. Good choice and quality of products (scrambled eggs surprisingly delicious). Specious rooms and welcoming front desk. There were only a few downsides like small cracks in tiles / a bit dirt on the seals, lack of cutlery, and the way of controlling the light was a bit awkward. Overall, it was a good stay for a fair price.
